yeah, they were good. i would choose Vert Bois because its right next to the university campus. However, its about 8-10 min walk from a tram stop. (There is a frequent bus which takes 2 mins though if you dont like walking). There are 3 types of rooms. If you get the cheapest, then you'll hardly have that much rent in the month once you get CAF. I got the rooms with a kitchen and bathroom - much more convenient, although around 100 euros more per month, but well worth it. Its still cheap.
