This is pathetic. Not because of Hamilton, and not even because of Massa. The matter of fact is that F1 has lost its balls and soul. Drivers can't comment out of the line, they can't argue, they can't be agree, they can't be the human beings that they are.

F1 management is utterly crap, and the Stewards work doesn't help at all.

Give drivers freedom, allow teams to develop technology, and you will see the great sport that F1 once was, get back to us.

And btw, give free broadcasting back.

I think Massa has every right to be pissed off, that incident ruined his race - however completely ignoring Hamilton's side aint fair either. It was just another bad race incident ... i cant imagine there being a hidden agenda/bad intention but because its Hamilton everyones gonna keep gunning him again. Although i do believe it was clumsy, i just wish everyone wud pipe down already! Its been a rough season but he'll learn and still keep fighting to win -this is what i respect about him.

I can understand why Massa was annoyed but he has got a serious chip on his shoulder about Hamilton. There's very clear in car footage from one angle that shows Hamilton locking his front left wheel - no rotation = much less retardation, and thats why he hit Massa. It's a racing incident in my opinion.

Denk eerder dat onervarenheid daar een grote rol speelde. Het is wel zo dat hij lang niet meer zo mooi rijdt als in 07/08, lijkt inderdaad een beetje gefrustreerd rond te rijden. Vind het dan wel overdreven om bij elke keer dat iemand geraakt wordt een straf uit te delen, vroeger was dat wel anders..

Om even terug te komen op 2007, toen heeft Lewis in het begin van de race (dacht zelfs in de 3 de bocht van de 1 ste ronde) zijn kampioenschap weggegooid omdat hij absoluut niet wou toestaan dat Alonso (toen ook McLaren) hem voorbij kwam, hoewel Lewis aan de positie waar hij toen reed genoeg had gehad om wereldkampioen te worden, rookie of niet, naar mijn mening is dat nog altijd een wereldtitel te grabbel gooien door haantjes gedrag ...

De Lewis die we nu zien lijkt inderdaad niet meer op de Lewis van 2007/2008, vol frustratie, en naar mijn bescheiden mening zit Button hier voor véél tussen. Met Alonso had Lewis iemand naast hem die hij kon gek maken alleen al maar door het idee dat niet héél het team om hem (Alonso) draaide, maar Button is op dat gebied een pak moeilijker te raken, en als die dan nog op tijd en stond een prachtprestatie neerzet is het zowiezo balen voor Lewis, teamgenoot of niet ...

@Rikske77 Ja met Alonso in zijn team was het helemaal een fiasco geworden denk ik.. Button gedraagt zich gelukkig volwassen en zo racet hij ook. Misschien komt lewis weer een beetje tot rust en kan hij volgend jaar weer wat laten zien :) Of Button natuurlijk, want die gun ik het ook heel erg!
