  • Absolutely no offense meant by this, but can you please repost in English. I only know enough Arabic to give a standard spoken greeting.

  • I did the annotation I hope that helps...

  • It does, thank you very much.

  • I prefer to use leeches for bloodletting.

  • Look pretty gruesome, but I would try it. This is similar to the cupping done in Mexico. I remember my grandmother doing this to my uncle's wife when we were young. They are supposed to alleviate headaches and allergies stuff like that.

    Very Educational Mr. Pali!

    Salam... V~

  • the prophet SAW used to do it, and its sunnah for muslims to do it, muslim ahve been doing it since the prophet SAW said it was sunnah,

  • you can buy these glass cups on ebay. look up glass cupping cups.

  • Well, there is a new way to do Hijama these days.. which is a cup with a pump instead of that fire thing.. i did it in Saudia last summer and because of the too much blood came out of me.. i almost passed out but the doc made me lay down the bed so the blood circel in my body would go back to my head.. but i felt really active after that.. coz i was suffering from long sleeping..

    thank you

  • nice video

  • Assalamu Alaykum...I'm a surgeon and i have an experience in this procedure...Good video...Jazakum Allahu Khayran.

  • This is the first time I heard of something like this. you learn something new everyday.

  • does that hurt daaang. how does it stik

  • placing a flame inside the jar and then placing it on the wound, if you like, creates a vacuum, which is what sucks the blood.

  • it does not hurt but when you are done you feel light and great...its good..real good.

  • every 3 months or so.. days for hajamah based on moon month days 15,17,19,21. forbidden days are wed, fri and sat. best around 10am and should be on empty stomach and no water. there are more details but these are summary of some important points.

  • Do they give the people band-aids after?

  • Yes. Sort of big ones.

  • This procedure was suggested to prophet Muhammed by Angel Gabriel and other angles many times that prophet Muhammed said he almost felt like it was mandatory. First half of moon month are forbidden and certain days.

  • salam!

actually it is mostly recommended for men, first time for me to know that its perfected in syria!

thanx brother for the explanation and replying.. ^_^

  • My pleasure, thank you :)

  • that work gives uncoumtable benefits, it was messenger mohemed advice "peace be upon him"

    thx for sharing

  • It does have several benefits, very true! Just remember if you decide to do it, be very careful. I read somewhere that this way of treatment is perfected in Syria. Also the time it is done is very important. Referring to the prophets (PBUH) directions in the sunna would be the best as far as timing, etc.
