It is normal in Russia , many Crimes ( russian mafia or chechen mafia ) make fire in armoury stock why ? The crimes in russia sell weapons and ammo in many countries, when cam a state Controller in the city the crimes make fire in armorystock to destroy evidence ! no actual number of ammo ! It is quite plain. It would not be the first time in russia PS sorry my english is bad :-)
