One thing I noticed about Mesquite is you have these three lane both way, thoroughfares and streets all over the city, that lead to absolutely no where. Like Falcon Ridge Parkway, it's a three-lane both-way street with medians, and it leads to absolutely no where.

The Big Plans will pick up as soon as Obama and the Dems are no longer the majority. Your dismissiveness as to the potential growth of Mesquite is naive. The reason you didn't see people on a Sunday is that this is a Mormon community and people were likely at church. You're obviously not from this area, given the way you pronounce Mesquite and other things.

Obama didn't cause this mess, and he won't have much to do with any recovery. The naive person in this conversation is yourself if you believe BO Dems or Republicans being in office soon will return Mesquite to growth.

I really don't know why people get so upset when someone makes a video about "their city." If things are doing so well there, maybe you should just ignore this video, eh?

I looked up on Zillow some of these Sun City Dell Web properties. $146,990 and up for a 2 bed, 2 bath, 1241 sq ft house. Sounds rather pricy to me considering the area.

Perhaps you need to pay attention! I live in reality (things I see with my own eyes). No one is getting their jollies off but you since you seem to be the little one who continues to dispute the RE despair shown in the video but YOU have yet to provide your own video showing the "positive perspective" in Mesquite, which I have pointed out in many cases...so until then, do us a favor and get lost!

But you advertise/sell real estate there..hmmm..again it throws up red flags in my book and gives me the impression that you'r a con man attempting to convince us viewers that the economy and RE are doing super there.
