  • I can't imagine my life without her 'having had an idea on the train once'...

Thank you SO much, JK Rowling!! ♥

  • she is my life.

  • I love you, Jo. I really do, with all my heart.

  • my role model.

  • i love this woman. shes so amazing

  • Thank JK Rowlling!!! You are Amazing!!!

  • Sorry, can anyone explain to me what JK Rowling said about Rupert at the end? Didn't quite understand

  • @velvetveuve

She basically said Rupert really understood Ron and was so very like Ron that nobody needed to tell him how to be Ron on screen.

  • I thought it was the sorcerer's stone. Or am I just going insane.

  • @RayG707 philosipher's stone is the british version

  • @RayG707 The American's changed it from Pilosopher's Stone to Sorcerer's Stone for some stupid unknown reason

  • I just wanna say, thank you a billion times JK Rowling! Thank you for bringing these books to life! :D

  • thank you j.k rowling for letting me have the most amaing childhood ever through books and movie <3 I think you are a genius and its so hard to believe that this idea you had became all of this <3 so I hope you make many other books because I would love to see how vampires and werewolves are in your mind but once again thank you <3

  • You've been outstanding Jo ALL of this have come from your head...I find that mind boggling. Hopefully as time goes on your name will be up there with shakespear :D

  • lol the 12 publishers that denied her back in the day must be smacking their heads on a regular basis

  • im so fascinated by this woman.

  • J.K. Rowling thank you so very much for allowing me and so many millions of others to experience your world of Harry Potter through the books and of course the movies. I was 6 years old when I began watching this magical franchise and have continued to do so till this day. I am now 16 and was so touched by the last film that I could not help but cry. I was sad when the credits roled, but I`ve decided to look at the situation as one chapter closing to open another. THANK YOU VERY VERY MUCH!

  • She's an amazing writer and an amazing woman. I'm so thankful for what she wrote and it amazes me how thankful she feels towards her fans. It's like everyone loves each other.

  • J.K.Rowling,thanks for writing this story, really loveeee it!!!

    THANKS!!!!

  • J.K. Rowling, you are brilliant. Thank you for inspiring me to be a writer from a young age. I will always, always continue because of you.

  • not exactly your typical spinster ...she could have ended up an alcoholic with drug-abusing rebellious kids, dying at 50 in some dingy flat in some nondescript cleft of england

  • NYAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAH!

  • JK Rowling, you made my childhood.

and now its over. what am i supposed to do with myself now????

  • @cassiee529 Write your own book.

  • Awesome writer, great books, awesome imagination. But the gaps in the books suck :P But HP Is still awesome, only beaten by very few fantasy series.

  • @meedy92

In America, were both the film and book released as "Sorcerer's Stone"? And how was the stone actually referred to in the book, philosopher's or sorcerer's?

  • @Terror405 philosophers stone is what it is called everywhere else, i dont know about the US book, i just know they changed it so american people would be able to sort of see what the story is about :p

  • Srsly, The last part of deathly hallows the book. I could t breath. it was so good. Even though i must admit that the story of snap is my favorite part of the book, its a bit weird but its true.

  • Thanks this is so profound... actually never seen deeper interview with her. Harry Potter has definitely taught me "why fight" ! more than any other book or film series. E X C E L L E N T !

  • And Jo, how I love you....One of my heroes!

  • ....British person, you just said "American's."

  • I Love Her!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • The book is called the Philosopher's Stone, stupid American's.

  • @MBGamingLegends There's not need to insult an anyone. You could always be the bigger person and politely correct their mistake....

  • Hahaa Rowling seriously?! "Philospher's Stone" at 1:41?? come on... LOL

  • @meedy92 That's the name of the book, what's so funny?

  • Comment removed

  • OMG...i love each word...it´s almost the same things that i felt and i thought reading the seven books..all those parts with so emotional words and dilemmas...why fight?, we have a meaning, people whom i fight for...that´s such a lot of feelings that now... seven years after all this Harry potter fever in my head ..i seriously wonder myself if i will feel this powerful emotions with another history ...I cannot wait to see this last movie but i´m sad 4 the end at the same time

  • @aman1072 no your wrong©

  • Umm philosophers stone?

  • I have followed you faithfull J.K. and I will weep when the great hall gets, well, destroyed

  • I grew up with this world, thanks JK!

  • 3 people are not immensely talented

  • im so glad draco's one of the big 7, he's my fav

  • Words cannot describe how much I adore this woman. Thank you for everything you have done for the world Jo!

  • She is SUCH a fucking genius.

  • lol looks like luna´s mother xD

  • rupert, he just knew ron's character inside out :D

  • Wow!!!! The Big Seven!! Never knew she had that in her!

  • 2 retards dislike this

  • the only thing i wanna see is see prof. trelawney knock out fenrir greyback after he kills lavender brown and she(prof) gets all angry

  • @aman1072 he doesn't kill lavender brown, hermione saves her from greyback before he gets the chance.

  • @UAS4ever in the movie she dies i have read the book i know what happens but she does die in the film and trelawney gets angry check it out at harrypotter.wikia.com

  • Gosh, I love this woman <3

  • It better be the best movie because for me it is the best book.

  • Damn this is so cool

  • I cried.

  • If JK likes it, than I say it's going to be an amazing movie (:

  • Voldemort disliked it!

  • I love her.

  • She is a Goddess of writing.

  • Hey guys ! don't get mad at the guy who disliked this. He or she must have thought it was the "I want more details" button! ;)

  • This made me so happy. She's such a wonderful person and I'm very very thankful for that part of my life she created those years ago :)

  • Thank you JK Rowling for creating the best book/film series ever. Harry Potter is my life and always will be. 98% of my life will be over when harry potter and the deathly hallows part 2 comes out. I'm going to cry like made when I see the credits pop up. LONG LIVE HARRY POTTER!!

  • such a beautiful women with so much potential who ever disliked this must like that old disgusting hag from part 1

  • @soraandven That "disgusting hag" was a wonderful woman in her prime. Her fate was truly horrible. :( Poor Bathilda...

  • @ErinMusikk i meant the person voldemort's pet turned into

  • Voldemort is the one who disliked this

  • I don't know how anyone could dislike J.K. She's so talented and down to earth. She's so modest and passionate. Jealousy I think. She's such an amazing role model for everyone. She's my idol.

  • Stephenie Meyer dislikes this.

  • She said this movie is going to be sad, great now the cinema is going to hear me crying like a gimp..

  • Dislikes by @Lord_Voldemort7

  • I love Harry Potter and I love Jo Rowling. She is such an inspiration to us all

  • I was so touched when she said the Big Seven to her mind includes Neville, Luna, and Draco. It's so powerful. Neville and Luna are misfits and show that even someone who is on the outside looking in their whole life can be a leading lady/man, not a sidekick. And Draco just shows how what we want and what we can actually handle don't always match up....a really good character. Thanks JKR for bringing all these characters into my life. I am changed for the better.

  • @spaceblaster09 I really love your comment. The characters are just so completely relatable. Harry Potter will live forever because of this. Millions of children will continue to read this series and find themselves in this "big seven." :)

  • @ErinMusikk Thank you! I'm glad other people feel the same way!

  • "1 dislikes"

Voldemort obviously didn't like her interview because she called him wholly bad...poor guy is bitter.

  • Jo Rowling is my hero!

I absolutely love hearing her say Extraordinary!

  • Voldemort made a youtube account and disliked this....

  • I would have thought that the big seven was Harry, Ron, Hermione, Dumbledore, Snape, Draco and Voldemort! I love you Joanne Rowling :) thank you.

  • who the hell dislikes this?!

she's so incredible, i could listen to her vioce all day...:)

  • AMAZING WOMAN!!!

  • its really sad to think we're so nearly there, its so nearly the end- thank you so much Jo, for my magical childhood

  • ty for bulding my childhood j.k. rowling

  • Thank you, Jo Rowling. <3 (:

  • I could just watch her constantly and never be bored.Thank goodness all this will continue with Pottermore! Thank You Jo!

  • This woman is amazing. She is an inspiration and visionary. She literally was my childhood and the reason I love books and everything that I do now so fiercely. She created a world so wonderfully brilliant and REAL that it taught thousands and hundreds of children (and their parents!) worldwide what it meant to be human and believe in what was right. We grew up as Harry grew up and that is a gift I think no other person can give the world again; Harry Potter is a gift no one can give again.

  • I can't wait for the princes tale! It's one of my favourite chapters. It was so unprecedented and cemented my belief that Snape is one of if not THE best character in the series:)

  • this woman made me enjoy reading!!!!

  • If she writes anything else (other than pottermore <3) about harry potter series please let it be Snapes story!!!!!

Like awesomepossum1111 said, Thank you for my childhood, JK Rowling.

  • NO! LUNA IS WHOLLY GOOD!

  • @ShadowInkyX Right there with you, mate... But I'm getting through alright... Just be grateful that you can see it

  • THE BIG SEVEN <3

  • the one person who disliked this is an asshole

  • @person342832794 Voldemort

  • I am going to die when it's over. :(

  • Thank you for my childhood, Jk Rowling.

  • Even in the books, just imagining the Great Hall in ruins... they all talk about it in these interviews.

The thought that one woman gave us a simple--well, not simple... enormous--room where everything began, where Hogwarts becomes a real fantastic place that we've all sort of grown up in with Harry, that is nothing short of a miracle. Think of all the tears flooding the theatre floors once we see the Great Hall utterly destroyed.

    Thank you, Jo Rowling.

  • she's so gorgeous

  • The Prince's Tale is going to be the best scenes in this movie, fuck yeah

  • I just can't wait for The Prince's Tale. Now I know it's faithful to the books I'm even more excited!!! ^~^

    I can't wait, i can't wait aklsdfjlsjhglsgagls~!!!!!

  • I never thought Draco was included!! I guess I pictured it as a Big Six.

Jo, thank you for being the brightest witch of your age (and all time). I love you.

  • RUPERT JUST KNEW. THIS MEANS RUPERT IS THE BEST. GO RUPERT!!!!!!!

  • The person who disliked this is definitely Voldemort.

  • Draco's a Big Seven. XD

  • lol, I love the way how people now what to write to get the thumbs up.

Just spin a sob story about how the books and films were so amazing and you r just so going to cry when its all over.

  • Thank you more than I can say, Jo.

  • Thank you for my childhood Jo <3 May have cried during this video ..... :'(

  • The only from the Big Seven who doesn't have a poster is Luna

Thumbs up if you think its unfair and Luna should get one!!

  • @2009JokeZ i think so too:( JK has a thing for 7 :)

  • JK Rowling. Thank you for my childhood. <3

  • What an inspiration :), btw is this her home? It's very beautiful.

  • Jo, my appreciation, love and respect for this series is greater than any other. Harry Potter has changed my worldview, helped me to make the right choices and all together made me a better person. This fictional world that you have created is beautiful and magnificent, and despite it being different from the "muggle world" completely relatable and inspiring. Harry Potter has been the ultimate experience and life lesson. Thank you for absolutely everything!

  • Im going to cry when i watch the final harry potter movie. im staying till the end of the credits just to listen to the music its so sad the books and movies impacted on my life

  • I swear to God if they chop Snape's memories to pieces I will scream in the middle of the theater.i Love you jk rowling, you wrote that part, especially, but the entire series so beautifully.

  • You're my hero, Jo .

  • Thank you so much, Jo! For everything.

  • i think this is one of the first things i have ever seen that had 0 dislikes , but she totally deserves it. ive seen all the trailers and most of the behind the scenes stuff but this is the one that made me cry - i love her!!!! shes brilliant :D

  • I love her so much. She is such a genius

  • Oh what an immense treat to hear Jo's thoughts on this! She's just such a genuinely lovely person.

  • J.K. Rowling, you are a god. When she talked about the "Why fight?" theme I got huge chills all over. Thank you, JKR, for everything.

  • Good but would be better with members of the cast there

  • Rowling owns. Enough said.

  • I need to thank her. Thank you, J.K. Rowling. You've put a grand effect on my life, and I believe there to be no way to thank you enough.

You've changed our world, by just telling us about yours.

  • thank god for this woman

  • J.K You walked me through my childhood. You offered me the joy of following harry potter after all these years. and for that, I truly thank you

  • Words cannot describe how truly amazing this woman is. She has given all of us hope, meaning, and joy. Her books have changed us for the better. I will be absolutely thrilled if she decides to write more books, but I can't ask her for anything more than she's already given. She deserves to live the rest of her life happy and content and aware of all the lives she has changed. Thank you, J.K. Rowling!

  • JK Rowling is my childhood here... and still is! She is just amazing. I don't even care if she won't write Harry Potter books, she just needs to give us SOMETHING from that brilliant mind!

  • I know how to stimulate the world economy.

Just have J.K. Rowling write more books! :)

    9 more days...

  • PLEASE JK...WRITE MORE BOOKS!!! THE WORLD BEGGS YOU!!

  • What an amazing woman...she has made the world a happier place with inviting us all into her world :-)

  • This woman is beyond amazing. <3

    Same goes for the cast.

They're all such humble, smart, charming, grounded, deep and just overall wonderful human beings.

  • she's a bit old, but still quite sexy tough.. i wanna XX her,..

  • She is an amazing person, and so humble.

  • all hats off to you, Ms. Rowling

  • the big seven yessssssssss

  • Her comment about seeing the Great Hall destroyed being so horrible to watch? It'll kill me. I dread seeing all the destruction...it's like Hogwarts is a part of me.

  • I love hearing that everyone else cried aswell, glad we're all on the same page!

  • My Big Six is part of her Big Seven. Cool.... Don't care much for Malfoy, though.

8 days to go for me!!

  • why am I gay and why is she so many years older than me!?!?!?

i want to marry this woman!!!

  • I just wanted to say Thank You JK Rowling!

  • *sigh* i love this woman

  • This women has inspired me to do things I never thought I would do.

  • This woman changed my life! The first book was released in the US the month of my 12th birthday and...my goodness, receiving that book was like I received my Hogwarts letter.

  • I'm glad to finally see an interview with Jo! :D

  • The Big Seven forever:)

  • I just cried through this, too. First trailers, now interviews. I can't handle Harry Potter ending.

  • I owe this woman a piece of my life.

  • "You can probably tell I love it. I love it. I think it's probably the best."

Is she talking about Deathly Hallows Part 2?

  • I don't even know what the world would be like without her and without Harry Potter.

  • @jesswoaah I know the feeling

  • Rowling is our Queen.
