Damn, this is just so badly filmed and choreographed. Uwe Boll (the director, notorious for being the worst mainstream director alive) asked to have the rights for a Warcraft movie, and the Blizzard guys refused saying they "don't want it to be bad". :D

I think what really makes this fight suck is not just the bad choreography, horrible acting, and just slow pace of everything...it's the editing. This looks like it was edited by a retarded monkey with a pair of scissors. Rayne moves a sword, Kagan ducks, they put their swords in place for an obvious block, Kagan makes a fruity pose...lather, rinse, repeat. This is just lazy. This almost makes Michael Bay's action look ok, and I'm seriously on the fencepost about who's the worse director.

You know, this is a really good fight scene. The only thing wrong with it is that the costumes look more like cosplay outfits than actual clothing. That's the problem with movies made out of video games, they all tank because they don't get a large enough budget. So the companies then don't want to put alot of money in a video game movie's budget because previous ones suck, mainly because of the lack of funding. Its a vicious cycle.
