The zune, and software is good, but iTunes music store is fantastic. (which ps now any Zune owner can purchase music from iTunes store and put it on there Zune player!)

I love how i the video you say "here is the crapy zune software i hope i have no problems installing it" i love that, that just shows how big of a peice of shit the zune is. I have 2 ipods, a 8gig second gen nano, and a 16 gig touch with app store update, and i have never had any problems installing any of them. Plus the zune is just such a large brick, can't do 1/4 of what the ipod touch can do which makes it a huge wast of time.

well, the Zune can do more than what the normal iPod can do. The iPod touch is a small computer, it runs Mac OSX, a modified version, but still Mac OSX. So you can't expect an MP3 player to even come close to what a hand-held computer can do. So comparing the touch to a Zune is totally pointless. And the fact that the zune is a brick is actually a good thing, because it won't break when you drop it.
