  • I like how he goes inside, trees are fine, cleans the lens for 3 seconds, leaves on the trees are gone, goes "i'm going to put the camera" than brings it back up to the window and the fence is missing.

  • "HOLLY CRAP" more like "HOLLY SHIT DUDE"...!!!

  • 2:00 GET INSIDE NOW! CHUCK NORRIS'S LAWN MOWER IS GONA RUN YOU OVER!!!

  • There was no tornado in that video. This was straight line wind damage. Straight line winds can cause the kind of damage as a tornado but it with straight line winds, it all goes in the same direction as in this video and with a tornado it all goes every direction.

  • @Soulstealer354 there was twist damage after this -.-

  • You wanna know why he didnt get sucked in? Easy, his balls were too big to be lifted...

  • had to be a white person

  • @kingzmaul I'm 12 and what does this mean?

  • @kingzmaul Yep. Nothing fascinates black folks.

  • HOLY CRAP

  • your so brave..

  • If you think this video was cool, you need to take a look at the video response I put up here!

  • What part of Dallas is this? I remember this day, it was Friday the 13th and this is similar to what happened in North Fort Worth. Except The wind wasn't as bad and we had up to softball size hail. Crazy Day!

  • This is crazy!!!deff a updraft or F1 tornado

  • when he's saying its blowing it gets windy

  • i cant belive your outside either

  • It was not a tornado, but a downburst !

  • @Biloutebelge1969 actualy i was tracking that storm on that day on nexrad i live in chicago and it was a ef-1 tornado on the ground for 15 min

  • Today, im scared. TV told that there will be massive thunderstrorms, im alone plus i live in the second floor.... aaahahhhhhhhh.....

  • umm very ???

  • OMG that happen to me today but the tornado missed me cause i was alone at my house and oooo fuc your stuff flew and your fence broke

  • OMG that happen to me today but the tornado missed me cause i was alone at my house

  • if theres a severe thunderstorm, and you dont see anything that has to do with a thunderstorm, GO INTO YOUR BASEMENT BECAUSE AT THE END OF THE STORM, O.O IT COMES

  • HA HA^^ first i thaught.. hm where is the storm.. but at 1:51 i saw it^^

  • Dumb ass. All of us from tn.are not this easily amused. Just the ones that have no life. O gosh!!!! O gosh!!!!! For real are you serious.........

  • minus the rain & hail, that's every day wind on the highline in Montana.

  • where was this?

i Live in Tennessee And boy did we get Stronger winds than That!

  • old days: people run around on the porch collecting objects that might blow away in the wind.

nowadays: people stand around and film objects on the porch being blown away in the wind.

  • did u have dogs??? they whould be scared as shit

  • Rofl the table blew away

  • "...Okay I'm putting the camera.. Oh shit!"..

  • @jgarza501 I lol'd so hard I started coughing.

  • The wind shifts direction at about 1:20 or so.

  • Now that's what I call the breathe of God.

  • Isn't this a down burst?

  • how did i get to this from watchin tsunami videos???

  • Dude you rock! ghehe these are some cool images shot!

  • now why the hell would you be stupid enough to stand outside in a tornado? >.<

  • this thing is BLOWWINNN!

  • The tornado totally owned his backyard...Tornado 1.....backyard 0!

  • did anyone nodice his table was gone?

  • LOL @2:28

  • I would say the tornado was at the most 70-100 yard away! I would've been in the basement as soon at i heard there was a storm coming!

  • where is the rest of the video---------------put it on youtube

  • I'm putting the camera, OH SHIT!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • You should have filmed to the right and not the left!!!

  • You probably felt the rain wrap from a tornado that was very close! Still very dangerous! Glad you are okay :D

  • woooooooooooo WOOOOOOOOOOW !

  • holly shit at 2:16

  • ok this is ver yawesome and ver yscar ybut guys its not a torndado they dont stay for like 1 or 2 seconds ..

  • LOOK AT THE TREE DUDE!

  • Next time remember When it's hailing that hard in the Summer. A tornadoe is just around the corner. By far the best back yard video i have seen on You Tube. very camera work.

  • wow wtf that was defiantly a tornado, like look at 2:05 on the video and you will see how the wind in 1 sec. shifts and becomes violently tornadic. good catch and video :)

  • ok im puttin the cam.... o shit!

  • brooklyn had a storm like this today

  • Holy shit how long you have been out in this storm :D

  • Man storm took all your leaves too! Incredible how the wind just picked up all of a sudden and unleashed!

  • actually this was probably a F0 cause this is the same exact winds i got from a F0

  • Yeah that would make me run inside too. Good timing!

  • uh...smart move to stand in front of the window. must have been shot in the south.

  • 2:10 WATER BUCKING GOING 30MPH! weee!!!

  • @IHATEPLAID I was looking out a window one time during a storm and when i saw the top half of a tree do that and land almost a block away that's when I took off for the basement.

  • Was a tornado confirmed by local meterologists? Or was it strong down drafts which is said to be caused by dry air being sucked up into a thunderstorm and causing rapid evaperaton of moisture which then cools the air. Cool air is denser so it sinks, in some cases at up to 100 miles an hour. VERY cool (and looked dangerous) video though.

  • Whether tornado or microburst, dude, that was one sick storm video. I hope it wasn't too difficult to get your place fixed back up. What did that one neighbor say back to you when you yelled over to her? It is hard to hear her answer on the video.

  • the winds topped off i think at 100-115 mph

  • Tornado? Don't think so ... 75 mph winds? Oh Yes.

  • Let me add that this is really a great Vid

  • @hammerogod 100 mph winds!

  • @ChaseThatTornado67 100 MPH is some serious wind .. I lived in Oklahoma for years and I know from experience that there is not much difference between winds over 80 MPH and a small Tornado ... If those winds are carrying Hail with them the damage can be worse over a larger area than a small Tornado ... I live in New Mexico now and we virtually never get Tornadic storms but we get winds that will get your undivided attention ... 100+ MPH winds are common in the higher passes and near the slopes.

  • @hammerogod ok 80 or 100 mph winds are heavy and hail makes it even worse how fast would you judge the winds?

  • @ChaseThatTornado67 At one point in the vid the winds could have been above 90 MPH, possibly as high as 100 MPH .. It's hard to determine wind speed even when you are standing in it ... Yard furniture starts moving at around 50-60 MPH and the furniture in the vid was certainly moving with vigor, so if I had to swear in court I would estimate 80-85 MPH max ... But I could easily be off by 10 MPH either way.

  • @hammerogod WOW ok thank you for the information i wanna chase a storm that powerful. Can u sub to me

  • fantastic video. thanks!!

  • the is no tornado there in the trees...... it jus striaght line winds or a micro burst

  • great vid! where is this?

  • wow at 2:05 you can see the tornado goin throught the trees!! well man crazy but awesome!!

  • that was no tornado.... more like straight line winds or a micro burst......

  • 0:19 lame winds

    1:07 o,o i see a tornado very clear

    1:38 i would be inside

1:52 OMG IS THE TORNADO ALMOST OVER YOU????????????????????!???

2:05 AHHHHHHHHHH its the end! the end of the world!

2:18 i think your house is split in half!

    highest winds. 70 to 80

  • when 2:05 roles around u can pretty much see the rotation in the tornado. its amazing how he didnt get blown away from the wind

  • Holy shit boyz, you have some big knockers there buddy. you stood out there pretty long man, props to you youre brave

  • Best video ever! I can watch this over and over

  • that was probably straight line winds, still a wicked awesome video

  • holy crap omg okay im putting down the camera oh shit

  • I mean this one is blowing.. EEEeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeew XD

I can not believe i'm out.. xD

so.. why are you outside?! i would have been down under my table and would have cried like a baby ;o

  • Nice vid. I'd be in the basement!

  • That's an awesome tornado video... Thanks for showing it.

    Eric

  • You should have yelled "I'm so startled" over and over again

  • I cant believe you were outside either? Yeah, urm, why were you outside?

  • This would make me wanna go outside. Without the hail. I wish we had winds like these in cartersville.

    :<

    With no hail

  • lol i would've laughed if he ran out in the and one of the flying pots smacked him across the face XD

  • LOL at 2:05 flying plant pot!!

  • more like FLYING POT PLANT

  • I have to agree with many of the posts. That was probably a microburst. It could have also have been a rear flank downdraft. Mind you, these are associated with tornadoes, but the tornado is usually about a mile or so away.

I've lived through an RFD where the wind went from 0 to 100 mph (app 160 kph) in about 2 seconds. Scary stuff.

  • @toddlusk RFD winds are one of the most interesting phenomonon in nature ... I, like you, have also seen the winds go from nearly dead calm to at least 80 MPH in seconds ... That happens a lot in Oklahoma where most of my personal severe weather experience comes from. ... The highest winds speeds ever officially recorded were just a few miles north of where I was living at the time when the Tornado hit Bridge Creek Ok and S. Oklahoma City ... That was some bad shit.

  • you should put on a parachute step out in the windy rain with your video camera and wait till it gets really windy face against the wind then pull the string XD

  • i love the part wear you run inside HOLY CRUDE OH MY GOSH

  • did you die?

  • HOLY CRAP!!!!

  • 2:05 would convince me to hide in a basement I think

  • no lie!!! lol

  • @Houston4444 By 0:10 i would already be down in the basement. Lmfao.

  • that lasted a long time actually

  • come on. just a microburst! it aint gona killya

  • nice vid but next time stay in side tawt

  • was there a bad tordando

  • You reaction is funny. Should of laid a towel down and did some sun bathing with a book in the garden lol

  • Throw a shoe at it

  • ooh theres one ohh theres one lol

  • @spikonaleash oooh piece of candy

  • @Underboss85 lawl

  • HOLY SHIT BATMAN

  • dude,be safe but make more vids such as this one =] im young but im already into filming storms on my phone so i love watchign these man.

  • Yeah that be indicative of a microburst phenom. From 20 to 80+ in just a couple of seconds is definitely an adrenaline tapper! ;-)

  • Nothing like an 80 mph microburst to wake you up.

  • my god!!! two points.

-first- that is how 70% of people are killed in tornadoes.

-second- that is how you get kick ass footage.

    NICE VID!!!!!!!!!!!!

i seriously thought your tree was a gonner

    lucky tree

  • WOW...sure made a mess of your yard! I thought that little tree was a gonner! Great job catching this on vid!

  • were is the funnel?????????????????

  • Classic microburst. Not a tornado.

  • Probably a microburst

  • Ok i have paused the video at 1:48 Right now im thinking GET THE FUCK IN THE HOUSE

  • yes "holy crap" im thinking get in the house at 2:00

  • wow

brave;;whenever the winds like too strong

im like alright people to the basementtt!!!

    haah great footage

  • I would be like What the heck theres at tornadoe forming,GET THE HECK TO THE BASMENT!!!

  • thats crazy did the tornado ever touch the groundnor was it just high winds ?

  • what did rivawitch say?

  • I wish i could be there :( :P

  • was there a tornado and if there was tell me what f it was

  • lol a little funny but great capture of crazy strong winds! =)

  • Strong winds don't necessarily mean a tornado. This could possibly have been a downburst.

  • holy shit! lol that was epic

  • how strong were the winds cause apparently they were really strong!

  • lol it looked like there was a hurricane o_o

  • the wind in southern alberta get just as bad as this a few times a year, and a few times are worse also

  • I wanna say straight line winds. You were close to a possible Wall cloud parenting a funnel or tornado. You will also note @ about the :52 mark, the winds and rain suddenly stop as the hail was falling.. A calm before the storm.. that's not a good sign either. But ne ways, impressive to say the least. :) Great vid. Just added 2 weather vids to my page as well. Peace from Macomb County Michigan USA

  • yea i think i would have gone inside sooner than that

  • You just survived a tornado !!

  • That must have been freaky

  • OMG! The winds must have been 120 miles per hour

  • its time to go inside now

  • 2:28 you almost sound like Peter Griffin

  • LOL

  • lol-

    "I cannot belive I'm outside!"

  • hahaha " I cannot believe I'm outside" Boom strong winds blow everything away hahah

  • What did the weathermen say caused this? Microburst? Squall Line?

  • Ummm those are straight line winds...

  • No, this was the beginning of the Haltom City, TX tornado.

  • What is that giant thing rolling around at 2:50?

  • Ok im puttin the ca--OH SHIT

  • Cant be a micro birst the winds suddenly switched to sideways

  • i think someone farted :D

  • LOLOLOLOLOLOLOL

  • the strong winds that blew down the chairs is the tornado

  • haha Best quote-

    "I can't belive I'm outside"

  • By the way to the comments below me. Rotation is not always a clear rotation. The only thing thats rotating is warmer air. Just like rain doesnt always fall straight down, winds can vary before becoming organized. Straight line is where high and low pressure meet. It's the birthright of a cyclonic formation

  • Yep. I study them. Def tornadic updraft. Many people don't think about this, but you can't see wind. The reason we see a funnel from a distance is because water, in gas form, is visible.

I give you the all time civilian balls award for being out for as long as you were. Those types of cells are unpredictable

  • Thats some serious winds i though the littl red bird feeder was going to go flying!

  • wow and this can be a tornado or huricane they can be the same way and if it is that close you wouldnt be able to tell a huricane you could see on news and sometimes a tornado you can only sometimes get warning i been through 2 tornados in florida and thats exactly how it was except i wasnt that stupid to be outside when wind got that bad***
