They advertise their new mini Intel product based on the credibility to play PC games with the lack of their product performance to power consumption ratio.
I wasn't even talking about PSP and Nintendo game engine. .
Absolutly. Bout time PSP and NDS trash canned those stupid little games on the tiny screens. No way Nintendo and Sony are making money on those itty bitty screen....
lmao come on were planet earth build some crazy like alienware pc pocket sized so i can play crysis on the move loool i know this won't happen for yrs to come possibly never
Because hes playing it on a mini computer. He showing what the "Atom" processor is capable of. The point of what he showing is that it is powerful enough to play games on. Most would not expect to play games on it. ITS NOT A HIGH PERFORMANCE PC. I can see where you are going with this but again, its a small computer.
Yes, the Graphic chip isnt a full Gforce or Nvidia. Its just a basic 900 Inbreed Intel chip which uses 2watts of power. 20 FPS isnt 100 fps but it runs good enough for a quick frag on the road. Got to remember Heat into a tiny tiny space. I remeber my 800 celeron with a 440 Gforce which Was the Sh#t back in the day, but it also had heat sinks on the G card because of Heat. It took alot of power to run Quake 10 years ago. Still, Palm sized pc with a bit of Video power..
Will it run Minecraft...that is the question...

That's not my point.

You are doing good job at wasting money!
Should works on improving your Intel performance instead of this crap. Nobody gives a fuck about playing quake on a small LCD douche.

Yeah very true but intel has an iron grasp on the market.

That BYD phone would be a killer item if it was just a bit slimmer but still looks sick.

But quake 3 has been ported to ARM CPUs and can be played on cell phones or ppc much smaller..at simular results
acali24 2 years ago
hmm. I don't know why he was gloating about quake 3 having 20fps..
thornygravy 2 years ago 2
That would probably kill the battery in less than 2 hours.
MajinFrahma 2 years ago
I can run quake 3 much faster than that on a A110 (800MHz), which is intel's mobile platform before menlow. Things get smaller but also slower.
icurafu 2 years ago
yea i mean, celeron (900MHz) blows that away as well.. maybe it has a crappier gfx chip.
thornygravy 2 years ago
Hopefully its not a GMA 500 but I'm thinking it is.
