To all of you who whine about thermal scope. Your argument makes no sense whatsoever. Thermal makes enemies easier to see. So does it mean you're a "fag" or "noob" for using something that would benefit? People who wear glasses wear them to see better. So is everyone that wears glasses/contacts a fag/noob? "u need to man up man, glasses sux, takes all the skill out of driving, yer a fag if you use them to avoid hitting a pedestrian."

Thermal scoping is weak because it really isn't all that hard to use a regular scope and discern between an enemy and the background. And it's extremely inconvenient to sacrifice a more useful perk such as Stopping Power or Hardline just to account for someone that needs help doing so. It's not cheating, it's just weak.

@ando3242 I'm aware of this, I wear contacts/glasses so I would know. But vision becomes incredibly blurred, which causes a dependence on glasses to function NORMALLY. You don't need a thermal scope to snipe normally, it's an enhancement that's unnecessary.

@ando3242 Well you have to look at it, measure, and compare. A dot instead of an arc or a tip as your targeting reticle? Not showing up on radar when you shoot? Improved shooting through walls? Reducing recoil? That's all trivial when compared to being able to see white, glowing figures against a dark gray background. Cheap, overpowered, whatever you want to call it, it's way more beneficial and unnecessary than any other attachment in the game.
