If I was in the field and I had a sniper rifle and a pistol, I'd rather take close quarters with my rifle out rather than relying on a 9m pistol to save my ass. Ergo, if you're gonna go in close, why not just have a flashlight just in case?

@sasquatch4liffee RSASS is a completely different ball game. its not a new state of the art potentially ground breaking rifle. the RSASS its basically the remington of the m110 sniper system originally known as a Knights Armament SR-25. there are tons of these style rifles, AR10, LaRue OBR, all essentially the same rifle just made by different people. All of these are essentially updated versions of the m14ebr or m14dmr
