  • For Danny <3

  • Heartbreaking

  • love the man

  • Sweet version! So much pain and emotion in the lyrics, and very romantic. Always loved The Who reference at the beginning

  • Bruce put me asleep with this version ...... too slowwwww , this is talking not singing!!!!!!

  • Beautiful song.

  • Is it me or did Bruce somehow get a type of southern accent? I love this song but he pronounces his words different now. Oh well, I could only dream of writing songs like this.

  • These lyrics are so perfect.

When I listen to this on vinyl, the feeling I get is indescribable.

Oh my God Bruce, I love you so much. You are by definition True Blue.

You guys are Rock N Roll. I send you my love and respect. ~Amy Lou~

  • fan-fucking-tastic performance... i havent heard it live... :(

  • Have just viewed the version from 1975 ... This man is unbelievable. 45 years - another immortal song form Bruce. I just love him.

  • you sure know your maths bro ;)

  • Haha - makes no difference! What's ten years in the life of the Boss?

  • The Hollies did it first- also awesome.

  • Okay, but it's written by Bruce

  • I know it is written by Bruce, that's why I was trying to find his original recording. I had the name wrong, that is why I had trouble. I heard Bruce's version years ago and wanted to have both. They are different but equally great, in my opinion. The Hollies had a knack for covering "unknown" songs and making them known, just as they did with this one.

  • there's enough mystery lost in the world...

    amen

  • Wow!! Theres another one I wish I coulda been at!! He is the man!

  • Gött drag det var

  • wonderfully done !!!! i loved it !!!*****

    chris

  • he sang this very well

  • I didn't think it was possible to put this much emotion into a song. But he did, and I was there to hear it! What a night that was!

  • RIP Danny (and Madam Marie)

  • oförglömligt :')<3

  • no one reaches bruce's level...so many songs, so many different styles.. So "fucking great"

  • I love that man

  • What a sweet tribute to Madam Marie! WOW! I wish I knew she was a real fortune teller, while she was alive. I'm not into psychics, but I might have paid her a visit. After all, she always told Bruce his future looked good. : D

Was she flattered that he put her in his song, I wonder. I would have been. RIP Madame Marie, in that great boardwalk in the sky.

  • Well she must have been a pretty good fortune teller cuz look at Bruce now.

  • She was 93 Bruce but that don't matter u keep rocking springsteen

  • I was there! The show was amazing!

  • The whole show was aired on Sirius satellite radio. Dont think the whole consert will ever be released. but some might be on some sort of tour dvd on the future.

  • Sirius only broadcast 10 songs. Not the whole show (which was 27 songs, I think)

Parts of the first 3 songs plus this one were broadcast (on video) on aftonbladet and the GPTV website.

    Thanks for making this available.

  • Yeah 27 songs is correct. I attended on the concert.

wasn't aware of that Sirius didn't air the whole concert, from what i read about it in before I thought the whole consert was supposed to air. So my bad on that part!

all and all it was one hell of a show as always "the boss" puts on a good show!

  • was the whole concert released on the internet?

  • I'd be thrilled if it where, but as far as i know now, only these 4 songs where filmed.

But parts of the show went out live on american radio also, so maybe they'll realease something (hope so)
