  • I love it , you si very nice the spirit . this video is amazing

  • I really this scene.the beautiful and the music is beautiful too.

  • 0:48 That wooHOOHOO! bit gives me goosebumps.

  • Wow! Amazing scene. always makes me cry.

    :'(

  • Most underrated Disney movie.

  • Hhahah made my cry :p

  • When I watched this when I was younger, I used to run to the tops of hills and jump up/down for the 'spirits' to change me into a camel (my favroite animal at the time).. some random stranger would walk past and Id be jumping up and down yelling 'CHANGEE MEEE!' xD

  • This is the last great film Disney ever made, imo.

  • Best song ever!

  • HOLY SHIT

  • I wish all hunters could have this transformation so they can learn and understand what is right and what is wrong!

  • I wish this would happen to anyone who goes out and kills wild animals just for fun.

  • anytime i saw it..........and everytime it forces me to cry.......i love it

  • sitkas song is just as awesome. both make me tear up every time

  • The Nostalgia Critic was right. The beginning and end are the best parts in the entire movie, including this one.

  • I dont care what the nostalgia critic sythisscene makes up for it!

  • Why are all the best songs the shortest?

  • This is so beautiful!

  • a legend

  • This scene it just... chills, every time.

  • The music and voices that is in here goes great with the whole scene

  • @JackassJunior627 a dear! definitly!

  • Kenai and Denai are so hot ^^

  • Would you like to become your favourite animal?

  • And this movie hasn't been set to stage yet... WHY?!

  • I love the end where all of a sudden the spirits are like " Someone's coming! Act like thunder!"

  • After listening to the original English version by Phil Collins, I understood how well this song fit the overarching themes and overall storyline of the movie.

  • man I wish all hunters could have this transformation so they can learn and understand what is good and what is wrong!

  • I've always been so inspired to try and see the aurora borealis.

  • omg my fav part of the movie, i dont know if its the awesome graphics or the beautiful music ;)

  • I guess bugs and reptiles are screwed when it comes to the afterlife.

  • @solewardenator ha ha never thought of that

  • @solewardenator they're probably in there but too small to see

  • @solewardenator Note that this takes place in prehistoric North America; reptiles did not live that far north, other than a few turtles and snakes.

  • The first movie I ever saw in cinama's. It was Amazing!

  • am I the only one who gets a Doctor who esque feeling of a regeneration here?

  • I love this movie, don't get me wrong, but don't you think that instead of seeing his brother, he'd want to see his parents - wherever they are?

  • The small part at 1:25 is just beautiful. Always made me cry. The image of his brother with disappointment in his eyes, the way the song and singers fit perfectly with what's going on and the time.....

  • if i was him i would RUN!! but at the same time i would be so freaked out that i couldn't move.so i think he did the right thing.

  • O My God Naau A LOVIU Brotheasr

  • Alaska...I love the place I live in :)

  • I'm moving to Alaska. And I was pissed about it. But I remembered this movie and others like it. Now I see it as an adventure and I can't wait.

  • I remember watching this movie over and over in elementary skool and I started tohate it but even then I loved this scene

  • For me, every Disney movie has one moment that perfectly represents what that film is about, and sets the tone and feel for the whole movie.

For the Lion king, it was the opening song, for Beauty and the Beast it was the ballroom scene, for Aladdin it was whole new world.

For this movie, THIS is that scene.

  • @TheJboy88 It you think more about it, it aplys for all good movies.

  • @TheJboy88 amen brother...im so proud to be from this disney era...but now its all about highschool musical shit? please...they got nothing on us.

  • LOVE THIS I got Brother Bear as the result of winning a competition ages ago, never regretted it! Even though Mum didn't approve of it and had it sent to the bach in Whiritoa O.o

  • @Carolarny1 ...Why would she do something like that?! D:

  • @Zarilen no, shes nt bad or anything. its jst tht were christiansd, and mum didnt approve of her girls watching spiritualistic stuff like this. wn we went to my nannas bach in Whiritoa, we watchd it thr and we were allowed to. :D

  • @Carolarny1 well that is kinda of close minded and some would even call that racist

  • @cartoonkingforeever Racism is race not spirituality. It would be bigotry

  • @flame0731 technically refusing to experience someone else's culture would by some be called racism but read my comment i said some not all

  • @cartoonkingforeever I know you said "some would even call that racist" but the reality is those people are wrong. Linguistics, biologist, and anthropologists would agree that race is more closely related to ethnicity. Not spirituality. Yes is could be considered racism but... technically the Mum didn't want the religious influence.

  • @cartoonkingforeever A bigot is a person obstinately or intolerantly devoted to his or her own opinions and prejudices, especially one exhibiting intolerance, and animosity toward those of differing beliefs.

I wasn't really trying to argue with you. I'm just a grammar nazi and I just felt the need to inform you. :)

  • this is such an intense scene!! It makes me tear up everytime!! same as the end!!

  • The bulgarian singing, the lights and thunder...spreads chills over my skin

  • Thats too pretty to be true - if any dumb fuck who kills an animal could turn into one and experience how it feels like, well, i wish they would.

  • @UsagiVeg SO animals can kill other animals, but humans can't?

  • @RedDracolich animals don't kill other animals in the same magnitude that humans do, we kill them for sport and hardly for survivals, other animals do it purely for survival reasons

  • @Alive4Metal

Then i guess you don't know how predators (like wolves) kill more than they could possibly eat, and leave the bodies to rot? Sorry, but the facts are againts you right there, predators DO kill for sport. :P

  • @RedDracolich you're seriously comparing a few to thousands? And do show me these facts you speak off otherwise I cannot take you credible

  • @Alive4Metal

So... I need to prove to you something that anyone who has lived near the wilds can attest? I bet if i did link something, you'd say it was hearsay, or something. So...No point arguing with a fool who doesn't understand how nature works, I guess.

  • @RedDracolich hmm. yeah? weather you like it or not, we live in a world were facts and figures determine credibility. And once again you cant compare the death of a few with the deaths of millions commited by human. it is you my friend who doesnt know how nature works.

  • @Alive4Metal

One, its Whether, not Weather, and two, animals have existed for longer than humankind, and have killed more of other animals than we could ever hope to, unless we somehow found a planet filled with creatures, and destroyed it. ALSO, get your furry head out of your ass and learn how the world works.

  • @Alive4Metal we kill animals to eat them duh

  • @Alive4Metal and as reddracolich said Animals do kill not only for food. For example if another animal is trying to steal an animal's baby than the mother tries to kill the animal that is trying to steal the baby.it doesnt always work through .the same thing for food(animals trying to steal other animals's food)

  • Karma's a bitch, unless you're a furry.

  • Hey, does any one know where I can find "Paths of Discovery: The Making of Brother Bear", the music and songs part, online?

  • Just seeing Sitkah's disappointment and sadness at what his brother had done... it makes me want to cry.

  • ah hell.....the avatar people are here.....lol, comparing that shet to everything! xD

  • i get goosbumps everytime i listen 2 this song like if u agree

  • Brother bear and finding nemo! the best!

  • @solvesters 100% agree! :D

  • @solvesters Just Keep Swimming Just Keep Swimming Heeeheee

  • @helloiamdrea I don't agree with you. Or how often have you hunted flys and spiders? I do not want to turn into one myself nor stop hunting them out of my house. Neither will I turn vegetarian and that seems the only option then. But everyone who kills in hateret or anger, that's an other matter. There I would agree. They should go trough such a transformation Think of all the wars especially those of relegion, the suicide bombers or the amok runs

  • One of the many best disney movies...........they shuld look at these and make movie.......old disney had l depth and meaning and were beautiful and struck ur heart...........not the stupid Oscar's Oasis(lame attempt to recreate tom and jerry i think) or whatever crap they think is good.......someone fire the current disney execs pls they clearly have no clue wht they're doin....................

  • One of the few amazing 20th century disney movies

  • @Laaureeennnn actually 21st...

  • Is it gay if you cry at the end of the movie? I MEAN, when Coda was hugging his mother, it was just....!!!!

  • @Indomiful No, of course not. I'll try not to be offended by you stereotyping me, and say that it just means you're not a robot. You have feelings, and they're close to the surface. Chicks dig that ;)

  • @Indomiful no, it just shows that you care, and thats a good thing! I love this movie, too!! :D dont feel bad or anythg its just natural :)

  • @Indomiful no its not cuz i cried too

  • @Indomiful No it is not.

  • @Indomiful

Geez what hot blooded NFL lovin' dude told you it was gay to cry at all? Sure it's an embarrassing response at times, but if you wanna cry at a tender part in a movie that honestly grabbed you, well there's no shame in that.

  • @Indomiful

I know... :'( It makes me wanna cry every time I watch it, too. I love this movie... :'3 I always cry for Koda... Every time. And I always REALLY fall in love with characters I can really cry for, so Koda is like... My favorite bear in this movie. <3 Second is Kenai because he made such a "handsome" bear. <3

  • i have never cried as much as i have in this film. im such a fag

  • @sammyellenx Nah. A real 'fag' would not only NOT have watched this because he'd have believed having testicles would prohibit that... but wouldn't have admitted to having feelings, let alone expressing them at a decent or appropriate moment. You're no fag ^_^.

  • this movie never gets old!!

  • @helloiamdrea I don't believe the message is not to hunt animals for food. It was the intent of his heart, he was seeking revenge. He killed the Mother Bear out of anger. There are hunters who regard the animals with great reverence and respect.

  • Very beautiful music and a powerful scene. Moves to tears. :)

  • what the hell... i am 17 year old boy which normally goes with hardstyle, and this short clip gave me biggest chills i ever had and i even came out wih tears O.O....

  • I love this movie beats Pocahontas but I like that movie too.

  • And they say Disney sucks now?

    PLEASE.

  • @helloiamdrea I only hunt to eat. He hunted for revenge.

  • amazing

  • i saw many

  • The salmon run scene is cool and heartwarming. All those kindhearted bears living together as family. I wish I could meet numerous bears like Kenai does in this movie.

  • @bunterify, they'll probably maul you. XD

  • These are the spirits commanded by none other than god himself. Spirits exist within all living things. The spirits in this clip are the souls of those who have died in the past. My totem is a wolf. Transforming into a wolf would be cool. I have often wished I could talk to animals. It owuld be so amazing. Let these spirits guide you in your life. All animals and insects have aq lesson to teach us, but will we listen?

  • @bunterify I completely agree.

  • @bunterify how do you know what your totem is? I wonder what kind of animal i have

  • Huntingly lovely and very calming. xxx

    LOVE this movie!! =D

  • The music really sells it!

  • I remember going up the mountains to see the Northern Lights when I was little. I even remember seeing a vision in the lights, I saw a fox, and rabbit, and a wolf running through the lights. Does that mean something? My mother always told me that my symbolic animal was an arctic fox.

  • This movie has so much meaning! Now that I am grown up I find nature so beautiful and important to a human beings life :'D <3

  • @RubyAngel3000 AMEN TO THAT . SAME HERE! :)

  • @15Shadowman Yayyy :D the music makes it even more beautiful :D

  • if anyone saw this in real life, it would have been the best day ever. seeing animal spirits in the northern lights, changing into a bear, i dont' get it. i want 2 be an animal rather than human and yet the humans who DON'T want 2 be animals gets turned into an animal. it's not fair... but i suppose it gives humans a lesson.

  • This Indian (Native American) girl i know looks like that dude(reason im here) so i started calling her brother bear, she fucking hates me! xD

  • I bawled my eyes - literally. Everytime I watch this I cry.

  • Tears in my eyes.. Tears in my eyes....

  • This bit gave me shivers when i 1st saw. fcukin beautiful! love this film <3

  • Of all of the songs in this soundtrack, this is my most favourite. It's so haunting and beautiful, and I like picture spirit animals running in my mind. Why can't disney movie soundtracks be more like this now?

  • como se llama la cancion ????

  • That's what I call the "HOLY SPIRIT"...

  • and if I kill a shark which is what I'm more afraid, does that mean it will happen to me?

  • am i the only one who cried during this.?

  • haha i wish...

  • Why is everyone talking about their "native american heritage" and how "proud" they are of it?

    The characters are inuit. ಠ__ಠ

  • @helloiamdrea Do you know how many folks would go and kill an animal to become one?

  • @Tillikumtrainer789 I know I would if that was possible

  • cool song

  • What's the mane of this song!?!?!?! I can't find it... Was it written just for this film?

  • Awww I love this film

  • @helloiamdrea Most hunters hunt for food, some for sport. Both are completely natural, as both occur in animals. Kenai hunted for revenge, which is rather UN-natural, especially considering that his brother only died because he, Kenai, provoked the bear in the first place.

  • tihi i was number 444,444 to comment :D !

  • wish i can transform in 2 an animal like brother bear xx

  • @helloiamdrea Yah it would teach people to respect nature! It kind of reminds me of colours of the wind, "If you walk the foot steps of a stranger, you'll learn things you never knew"

  • @PsychicLover13 Know at that moment was with bears in the movie.

  • I love this movie, it was my childhood fav and im never gonna stop loving it.

also i can actuly sing this in this language :)

  • am i the only one who thinks the transformation sequence mirrors that of the Beast's transformation in Beauty and the Beast? even slightly?

  • @kirasheart69 Yep!

  • @helloiamdrea if it's for senseless game yeah. but unless theoretically you get stranded in the wilderness it would be an exception. can't survive on berries and leaves for long

  • @helloiamdrea Rather than saying all hunters, how about the ones which kill without reason? After all, sometimes we hunt for food but slaughter without a cause is unforgivable ;)

  • can some one send me the name of the song i like it

  • @PikachuEvolie it's called transformation and you can get it on the brother bear soundtrack.

  • Just goes to show you respect the animals and the wonderful world we and them live in.

  • I will never stop love this song. Ever. <3

  • What is this song?

  • This song.Is.....AMAZING!!!

  • Favourite childhood movie of all time :)

  • SACANAGEM ter desativado o vídeo, meu amigo....

  • most inspirational and relaxable music ever right? :) anyone answer usually no lol

  • @impbadminton Too bad I fail to find any beautifull music like this *snif* :'(

  • When we can all understand the basic wisdom spoken of and shown here the world will be a better place. such a simple skiil yet many blind themselves to the basic wisdom handed down through generations of storys like this.

  • i wonder what would happeb if you drank/froze that water?? B9 <- smiley face with tounge...-.-'

  • Listen to the Phil version of this song. They're both spectacular. And this scene is simply beautiful. <3

  • behold the native American version of "Avatar"

  • OMG!!!!!! got chills :S

  • Why do practically all transformation scenes in...anything have cool music and just look awesome? Love em. <3

  • this song makes me cry coz i think of my dead pets where they r watching me and r still wiv me and i would love 2 transform in 2 animal xxx

  • This makes me extremely proud of my Native American heritage. I will always be a Choctaw!

  • sooooo Beautiful. <3

  • What is the song name ?? I like the music

  • @sanchezalan14 "Transformation" - Bulgarian Women Choir ✪ω✪

  • Films like brother bear and James Camerons Avatar both deal with inner conflict by transforming or placing the main charter directly into the shoes of the so called enemy and letting them "see" the world through anothers eyes , this is a very powerfull story telling tool that asks us to question our own humanity so many conflicts in the world today would not exsist if we all posessed this basic skill. one can hope we can learn by example.

  • @123allrock ...and Pocahontas

  • @Ssmileplz yes of course , there are films that speak of the past (Pocahontas/Brother bear) and films that imply action from the future (James Camerons Avatar) they are all great examples.

  • one of the most beatiful disney's film of ever!!

  • I would love to die like this.

  • ik moet heel erg huilen om dit liedje want dank denk ik aan me overleden hond

  • this movie has taken a big affect on me. First, Sitka gives his life for his brothers, which affects them deeply. Kenai sets out to avenge his brother, whom he had the highest respect and love for. After he is successful, he sees his brother whom he just lost. To see Sitka appear to him after his death.. exclaiming "Sitka?" (1:27) Kenai looks at his brother with amazment, and a brokenheart, realizing his brothers spirit is right in front of him, as he remembers his tragic death. RIP Sitka I ♥ U

  • no matter how many times i watch this movie it never fails to make me cry XD
