@KnoxvilleChiliCo Yep, really, I call it chocolate chicken with NO sugar. I sweeten it with ORANGE honey..cook it in Costco’s no salt sweet cream butter.. geee is that good butter. I also addd sautéed onions.. Piece of cake to make lol, no pun intended hahah it is delish... don't have a vid.. I love coming up with new ideas for cooking and keeping it simple. Then eat with romaine lettuce and grape tomatoes.. humm Perhaps I could try to figure out how to do a vid for you:)
@KnoxvilleChiliCo You know I just realized that i didn't mention the the chocolate I use is actually Herseys "cocoa" that is unsweetened. Orange honey is very gooooood :) sweettttt :)

@jeffxl12 lol..yes he is..and I just spent a few days with him..me eating like I do...him cking his blood sugar ever hour..lol..it's ok because back in the day...him and his Brother would eat anything and not gain a pound...me if I held something good..it added weight to me..lol...I was 250 pds at like 10...Rich was always skinny..until about 20 yrs ago..
@jeffxl12 It was fun working with him...I am going to be back there is the spring..so we will see what we can come up with..Next time we meet up at the Hollar we should be able to put something cool together...so there is more of that to come...glad you like it!!
