fyi, this is what an experienced vegan raw foodie shared with me: "Sprouted chick peas are hard on the digestive system (gas and bloating) unless you have really great digestive enzymes, which coming from the SAD is unlikely." (SAD = standard American diet)
Both ways cooked or sprouted are fabulous! If the latter is your choice, you can often get the sprouted garbanzo beans at a health food store or farmers market. Or, simply grow them yourself!
Can I just go ahead and put weed in it? 10x healthier than just plain hemp seeds.
