u should get a wels cat fish for your pond they are awsome fish and they are not so agressive and not so territorial so they will do just find with your other fish.

Awesome stuff you got there.

Still gonna' recommend a Pangasianodon Gigas for you're monster pond. Though I could also suggest a well-grown, large Tarpon as well. :)

@MyAquaticDiary  umbee cichlids are pretty large they grow slightly smaller then dovii but personnaly i think they look more bad ass females grow to about 45 and males 61 cm

@MyAquaticDiary I havent ever had a dovii because it would kill my cichlids but if you get one big enough it could survive and from what ive heard they get pretty big,well males get big (30") females not as big (16"), so the problem would be finding a male thats big

- There are ( in the pond ) a lot of different species, and sizes of fishes, they fight each other???

- Where you catch those fishes?????????

- do you have to feed the fishes with different types of food???

@sasuke121221 they occassionally chase each other around and compete for food but there are no more serious fights with serious injuries. my fish have all reached a certain size and equilibrium where they are all safe from one another :)

I didn't catch them...i bought them from my local fish shops in malaysia...but u can fish for most of them in thailand or the amazon.

Yes i feed my fish with whole dead fish from the markets...chopped up dori fish meat and hikari (Spirulina and massivores)

@sggarowana HAHA that totally depends on what sized tank you have. I personally wud rather they arowanas...they look amazingggg in schools and also interact with their owners so well :D tiger fish are pure blooded killers and dont really mix well with many other fish...

@doomie61 hahaha tell me about it...i only got them late feb last year...true beasts! and yes the P bass are good. im pretty sure they eat the live food from the pond. once they reach a certain size the other fish wont bother them.

@Asianleful damn bro it must be horrible having to deal with the cold climate and the dirt in the water...maybe invest in a UV light? and man...the koi do more than sniff...they chew on the dead fish all the time...and ive even seen them eat feeders. no wonder they are fat as hell.

@MyAquaticDiary Lol, I have a UV light but that won't get rid of dirt. And yeah, this cold weather really puts a downer on these monsters! Any how, I just went to a fish store in Orlando and they have a 14 inch RTC for 89 dollars and a leucistic senegal bichir for 300 dollars, I wanted both of them SO BAD! And those koi, they're looking really nice!

@iLikETurtleS1029 OH MAN! i knew i left sumone out...i totally forgot...i made this whole lift on my phone and just had a feeling i sumone. but for the record, u shud definitely have been on that list! and yes those fish are gutted. they can just be eaten whole. they are bought for human consumption so they are pretty clean. My pimas are HUGEEEE much bigger than my RTCs. probably like 135cm now...

@memo123456 They are all doing great! I started feeding them dead shrimp...the tiger fish and some of the Tiger fish are eating lots. :) especially the tiger!

@moormandrm haha yehhh ive seen both of them eat the cutup dead shrimp i feed them...they aren't very aggressive feeders at all but they both eat quite a lot :)
