as long as the area is kept sanitisied and dehydrated, this will hugely reduce chance of infection. The bruise was about 5weeks old, there was no pain and no infection, id do it again.
it is ok to apply acrylic to damaged nails, as long as there is no sign of infection, or pain. Infact it is a very common thing for a nail tech to do, as people come to us to repair and improve unsightly nails.

Im a nail tech and i wouldnt touch it, bruised blood can become infected as this happened to me.
