  • IF I HEAR ONE MORE PERSON BLAME THIS ON ICP AND LIMP BIZKIT FANS I'M GOING TO BLOW MY HEAD OFF!!!!!! THIS WASN'T THEIR FAULT, in 1999 the music scene was too hard and heavy for a Woodstock just like in the 1970's and 1980's the music was to aggressive and loud that's not the fans fault it's the people who put on Woodstock. Plus you gotta factor in concession prices and the fact that every music fan was pissed at posers like Britney Spears dominating the music industry!!!!

  • having metal bands there was a terrible idea (also including icp even though they r rap) my line up would have been like this 1.Reel Big Fish 2.Ziggy Marley 3.Fishbone 4.Bush 5.The Dirty Heads 6.moe. 7.Slightly Stoopid there was no peace in the 99 woodstock except for a couple of bands
  • @cenayoucantseeme

I would have thrown in No Doubt, Pearl Jam (even though they likely wouldn't have shown), The Verve Pipe, Better Than Ezra, The Smashing Pumpkins, Perry Ferrell, Candlebox, Oasis, Stone Temple Pilots, and Oasis.

  • @tedkissel oh yeah dude perry ferrell would have beeen sick there

  • @cenayoucantseeme

You know his band after Janes Addiction Prono For Pyros was actually at Woodstock 94.

  • @tedkissel i didn't know that. my bro has a poster of woodstock 94 so i will take a look and see but thats awesome

  • @cenayoucantseeme

You know I look at all my posters in my room of musicians mainly from the 1990's, 1980's, 1970's and a few 1960's remembering those were the days when music was music and now because the music advances in technology through a computer have fallen into the wrong hands since the days of Hanson or should I say Hansux and The Spice Girls those days will likely never return and I miss them so the early to mid 1990's YOU KNOW THE REAL 1990's MUSIC SCENE the most.

  • @cenayoucantseeme

I also would have waited to 04 to have Woodstock, 1999 had too many posers like Britney or should I say Shitney Spears flooding the pop charts pissing off music lovers everywhere.

  • @tedkissel very VERY true

  • ♫Burn motherfucker! BURN!♫

  • NOW THE NEW WOODSTOCK IS CALLED ROCK IN RIO!!!!!!!!!!

  • what a terrible idea of giving lit candles to a crowd like this

  • It's the fault of the organisers, no matter what bands are playing!

  • thank god for rage !! fuck RHCP, limp bizkit, and icp. they ruined woodstock.

  • @deathmaiden5 icp and limp bizkit suck dick but rhcp?

  • @bostonbruinbabyboy1 i never said i hate their music they just ruined woodstocks peaceful name.

  • @deathmaiden5 Have you ever actually listened to RHCP? How could they ruin woodstock's peaceful name? Now Limp bizkit and ICP (especially ICP) definitely did. But RHCP? No. You're way off on that one.

  • @jlf2032 they sang FIRE on purpose.

  • @deathmaiden5 the fires were also burning before they sang it

  • @deathmaiden5

They sang "Fire" because Jimi Hendrix's wife made a request.

  • @deathmaiden5 how does a guy named deathmaiden know two shits about what woodstock is about. besides, all good festival is the new woodstock now

  • @deathmaiden5 fuck you!RHCP is all about peace&love&they arent even in the same pos category as the latter two "BANDS" U mentioned~BTW~The Chili Peppers played "Fire"(a cover) done as a request to jimi hindrix daughter~it was preplanned&not part of some antagonistic conspiracy

  • Comment removed

  • Thanks to the hard and heavy music scene of bands like Metallica, KoRn, and Limp Bizkit the spirit of woodstock is dead but more so thanks to fucking posers who don't write their own songs or have anyone who knows what the fuck their doing write them for them who suck so bad they shouldn't even be called music. Yes I'm talking to you Backstreet Boys & Brittany Spears. Woodstock is dead and never coming back!!!!!!!

  • How ironic is it that they played Fire, hahaha hail Jimi forever!!!

  • @4567pino Lol, yeah. They were actually asked to play Fire before Woodstock '99 had even started, by Jimi's sister. She asked if RHCP would play Fire in remembrance of Hendrix..a god.

  • @VeraciousTorment ..Out of curiousity? Were you there? For I was,the RHCP's did play Jimi's "Fire" on the last night which was Sunday July 24th 1999.Yes, the RHCP's did an amazing job paying Homage to Jimi, but I think it was more of the small/then huge fires that erupted 4 them to play "Fire".People love to speculate(the ones who wern't...there) as far as the riots were concernerd?Everyone going 2 Rome NY "KNEW",prices 4 water ext wld be outragous! It wasn't Limp B fault ext.More so Idiotic Fans!

  • @VeraciousTorment

yeah i know =D it"s in scar tissue

  • LET'S TEAR THIS PLACE DOWN!!! LOL i love the 90's

  • @Ruddteen

The 1990's died one year after Biggie died music scene's sucked ass since then. People only tore woodstock apart because the music scene was filled with rage and curse words, vendors were charging too much, and posers who aren't music like Brittany Spears were flooding the charts.

  • i was here i was 20 yrs old at the time and i dont understand why most of these things where done.. but what did you expect? when you put over 200'000 people into a hot crowded area.. over priced us for food and water and barley any toliets ...woodstock was just a reaction of what the greedy promoters funded they had no reason to have another one anyway? yeah i lit some fireworks and moshed ..and even grabs a couple boobs so fucking what!!!! it was a disater and it was not our fault ".the fans"

  • @stuylocster

3 words on why those things were done, hard and heavy music, venders prices, posers who aren't music like Brittany Spears and N'Sync. If Biggie were still alive, posers like Hanson and the Backstreet Boys would have never made it big anywhere and woodstock 99 would have been similar to 94.

  • At every arena/stadium/tent/wigwam/igloo since the beginning of time the food vendors have been overcharging for food water etc, but you don't see people trying to burn it down. WHY? It's simple really..and listen closely...BECAUSE THEY'RE FUCKING ADULTS WHO KNOW HOW TO ACT RESPONSIBLY. GROW THE FUCK UP AND SAY HI TO YOUR MOTHER FOR ME. SHES THE ONE WHOS BASEMENT YOU'RE LIVING IN.

  • These crowds should be ashamed of themselves. All of this violence, fire, rape; and in a place that was all about PEACE AND HAPPINESS 30 years prior.

  • @wheelman1324

Well that's what happens when you try to have a music festival when the music scene is hard and heavy, that's why their wasn't a Woodstock in the 1970's or 1980's. Then throw posers like Brittany Spears who are flooding the charts in there and it makes matters 10 times worst.

  • @wheelman1324

Oh yeah, BTW I'm sure if Jimi Hendrix and Janis Joplin were still alive they'd be so ashamed of what had happened at woodstock 99. Which reminds me, I wonder how CSNY felt about this incident.

  • Rick started the fire....look him up on facebook, hes a real dick

  • @theurologist1 hes a public figure so....

  • thumbs up if you don't live in america and DON'T have to cause fires or gang rape woman to have fun

  • @EpicCrust Thumbs up if you dont live in the UK where people die in scores at soccer games, you know like when the stadium burns or is overcrowded or a riot erupts between fans etc etc.

  • its stupid to blame certain audiences for this type of public display, there were hundreds of thousands of people at this event and i'll bet they aren't all icp or limp bizkit fans. I was a fan of both and rhcp and i was in attendence when this occured. I personally was enjoying the rhcp so much that when i turned around and saw fire i was suprised, honestly. the spirit of the event was in each person attending and the spirit of woodstock has lost its meaning for most through the years. blame?

  • I was born in the wrong generation. I want to see what Woodstock was meant to be. If I wanted to destroy shit, I'd listen to The Misfits and go to Detroit.

  • Annoucer: we'll call 911

    Crowd: FUCK OFF!

  • Top 5 reasons why Woodstock 1999 was a riot causing their to NEVER BE ANOTHER WOODSTOCK EVER!!!!!!!

    5.The internet advances

4Concession prices and rules about what can and can't go into the concert.

3.Fake posers who aren't music AKA The Backstreet Boys and Brittany Spears.

  • @tedkissel

    Post Cont.

2.Curse words the musicians had in their music

1.The music scene wasn't what is was in 1994, the music was more aggressive and hard core which is the same reason why their wasn't a woodstock in the 1980's or 1970's.

  • i went to this and the mistake was handing candles out to these folks. they passed around little white hannukah candles for us to hold up during the hendrix memorial, in a group that large there's bound to be firebugs.

  • @mriann7734

No the mistake was having Woodstock at a time when the music scene was about aggressive hard core music and people hating the shit out of posers like the Backstreet Boys. Plus the venders charged too much for food and stuff.

  • Anyone who said this was Limp Bizkit's fault is a dumbass. Limp Bizkit has done thousands of shows and something like this has never happened. The people were pissed because of how poorly the event was managed. Period.

  • @vash1053 except for the girl that got killed during their set at big day out.

  • @vash1053 this happened because they held the event 20 minutes from my house in a shit town and at this point of the fesitval security pretty much fell to the wayside and massive amounts of idiot hick locals were sneaking in through broken down fences getting wasted and fucking the place up. add the dumbshit raprock faggots in limp bizkit to fuel the fire and there you go.

  • who says this is bad, yes it fucked all chances of this again. but this is one fucking hell of a show.

  • One word sums this woodstock: Mob. This is just a brief example of what the world would look like with lawlessness and immorality.

  • Thanks to those fuckin' morons, and those who chose bands like ICP and Limp Bizkit, the spirit of Woodstock was killed. No more peace, love and music. So sad! 1999 was the beginning of a generation of idiots...

  • @quimeraejaculada gz you're one of them, pointing at this or that. its ALL music whatever it is, you're supposed to listen to it and enoy yourself/have fun.Probly not possible in todays world, maybe if everybody started smoking weed again...

  • @quimeraejaculada No the 50s were the time when the real idiots were born .Its your piss ant generation that has been running this country into the ground for at least the last 2 decades.the 60s are over, thank god, get over it.

  • @quimeraejaculada icp didnt do do shit neither did limp buzkill

  • @quimeraejaculada

Agree to one point, 1999 was the beginning of a generation of idiots, because Notorious BIG was dead and posers like Brittany Spears and Backstreet Boys who suck so bad they shouldn't even be called music were big.

  • @quimeraejaculada HIPPIES!!! ICP fucking rules!!

  • @mondomedia123

And the fires aren't their fans fault, it's more posers like N'Sync or should I say N'Suck, the Backstreet or should I say Backseat Boys, Brittany Spears, and 98 Degrees.

  • @quimeraejaculada The original Woodstock was about peace and love? LOLZ! No. It seems like everyone has a case of the "good ole' days"... days that don't exist.

  • Comment removed

  • @quimeraejaculada Thank heavens I was born in 1998. The world now isn't too peaceful as it was in the 60's, as I can see. *sigh* I'd do anything to see Woodstock 69.

  • @quimeraejaculada u can't blame the bands for how people react. they took it upon themselves to do it. all the bands did was do their job and play. and seriously, how u expect everything to go as planned if there is a couple of hundred thousand people their?

  • All of the Legends that performed at WoodStock 69 were turning in their graves because of these stupid fucks.

From what I understand, the fire started because people were outraged at the prices of water and food there. It was extremely ridiculous. So they beating up the greedy bastards, robbing them for their supplies, and burning down the establishment woulda been alright......but you stupid coke head cunts took it too far.

No more Woodstock, no more peace love and good music.....thanks a lot

  • Lol'd at people singing Burn fire water.

  • Just goes to show where things went wrong with music & generations. The grunge era NEVER translated down to the next generation with the attitude & music & this video is what you get. This is basically the beginning of the end of generations making statements with music & good music coming out of the record industries. What a damn shame.

  • This is what happens when the vendors exploit the concertgoers by charging outrageous prices for food and water, and also the fact that some of these bands have a lot of trashy fans(ICP and Limp Bizkit the main examples). This is a recipe for disaster. It's safe to say that the Woodstock organizers were practically braindead for allowing those two acts to play. If it doesn't come back i couldn't care less, the music would suck: rappers, crappy modern country, and Disney shit. Good riddence.

  • @MrCincinnatian Perfectly said. The 69 festival is the only one I want to remember. Today's music sucks ass, and doesn't even qualify for a Woodstock festival.

  • @MrCincinnatian

That Disney fake ass music BS will never be at woodstock plus no one cares anyways because their will never ever be another woodstock (sadly).

  • @MrCincinnatian Imagine if Justin Bieber was at the next Woodstock...........

    ....god help us all

  • @MrCincinnatian

BULLSHIT, the fans of LB & ICP have NOTHING TO DO WITH THIS most of them were gone at this time any ways

So top 10 reasons this riot happened and their will never be another woodstock

    10.Ticket prices were too low

    9.Not enough security

8.Security focused too much on searching people for food and drinks

    7.Hot weather with out rain

6.More Rap musicians present then any other woodstock.

  • @MrCincinnatian

    Post cont.

5.Too many bands for 3 days of love and peace NOT TOO MANY BANDS FOR ONE CONCERT.

4.Too many people were allowed to sneak in to the concert

    3.Concession prices

2.Poser musicians YES I'M TALKING TO YOU BACKSTREET BOYS, N'SYNC, CHRISTINA AGUILERA AND BRITTANY SPEARS.

1.The music scene was too hard and heavy that's why their wasn't a woodstock in the 1970's or 1980's.

  • @MrCincinnatian you r really a fucking idiot. ya talk shit about the lower class, but if u came face to face with those people u wouldnt say shit, just because we have hard up bringings and have to get aggression out sometimes, doesnt mean we r trashy, and by we i mean lower class people, and no im not really a icp or limp bizkit fan, but im a slipknot fan and im sure that falls in the same catigory, so fuck u rich boy, and i know my spellings fucked up i dont give a fuck.

  • that was a shame... for this maybe woodstock will never be organized again, but actualy woodstock today couldnot compete with other festivals like wacken in germany.

  • @timtag27 OH yeah, dont forget the mud slinging in front of the port a potties...

  • "theirs only a couple 100 thousand of you guys"

Yeah..telling that many people will really stop the fires :l

  • The roof the roof the roof is on fire! we dont need no water let the muthafucker burn! burn muthafucker burn!

  • 00:38 there's a guy with a joint in his mouth :))

  • What ass-wipes, setting crap on fire, and raping those poor girls.

  • I have to say this was super scary!!! I could not believe that people could do this! There is no way in my mind that I could over turn a car and then set it on fire. When I saw this...I knew we were in some big trouble. I was so scared that I was not going to make it out of there. That's how bad it got. The fires were everywhere!!!

  • no wonder all the good bands only tour europe anymore.

  • We don't need no water let the motherfucker burn. Burn, motherfucker, burn

  • @Damnumopnglow RANCID :D

  • LMAO, I WAS RYT DER N WHEN DIS AHOLE WAS SAYN SHYT BOUT DA FIREMEN,WE YELLD DA ROOF DA ROOF DA ROOF IS ON FIRE...WE DONT NEED NO WATER LET DA MUTHAFUCKA BURNNNN...BURN BAYBAY BURN.LOFLZ..IT FELT REAL GOOD TO FUCK DEM OVA JUST LKIKE DEY FUCKED ALLLLL OF US OVER...YU SEE..."WOODSTOCK" WAS "SUPPOSED" TO BE ABOUT THE "MUSIC" BUT TO DEZ COCKSUCKAZ IT WAS ALLLLLL ABOUT $..DEY GOT WAT DEY DESERVED...AND BTW...I RAN ALKLL OVA DA PLACE AND SEEN NOT ONE RAPE HAPPEN...BUT SEEN A BUNCH OF SLUTS HIGH ON XTC

  • @LOVLEYGRINGA79 spell however you want, you have your freedom. But let me tell you one thing, you look like a retard when you spell like that. And everyone who read your comment laughed at you.

Have fun with your freedom, sir retard.

  • @LOVLEYGRINGA79 your so retarded you didnt fight for your country you just think you did cause you prob beat some mexican guy up at school

  • @LOVLEYGRINGA79 good for you...

  • Comment removed

  • That woodstock was in the spirit of making money, you couldn't bring your own food and water in.

I was there for 2 days and I spent more on food than the $150 ticket to get in. A hamburger cost over $20 ffs, water was $4 and that summer the heat was insane. People were being sent to the hospital because they couldn't afford to buy water anymore.

  • @audallas841 thats a bunch of bullshit! I didn't get to go and now I find this shit out after all these years! that's some serious bullshit!

  • @nightgirl911 Blame the organizers and the vendors.

  • When asked to do something about it because people were getting hurt, the police just shrugged. They did a great job of protecting people from the psychos and rapists too. All they were really interested in was making sure people weren't trying to sneak their own stuff in.

  • @audallas841 and yes, saying the police did a great job was sarcasm

  • @radiationzon3- they do have festivals for this kind of music all the time, Earthday Birthday in Orlando, Vans Warped Tour. The only difference is vendors arent selling hot dogs for $23 and bottles of water for $6. The outrage was over the companies greed not because of the music you ignorant dickmouth. The original Woodstock didnt charge a fuckin arm and a leg for a damn hot dog.

  • God, there were some absolute morons at this thing. "Heh, let's protest by burning things! Maybe that'll get whatever point we're trying to make across!"

  • If I was them... I would have said... "This isnt woodstock the spirit of peace, and love has died. So the show is now cancled. So go ahead, and fucking riot sence thats what your here to do anyway." Fucking dumbass bitches!!!!!!!

  • 1:15 - 1:32 they say burn mother fucker

  • The 90's sucked so bad, the music and the culture it brought to this festival is terrible. There are tons of summer festivals now and nothing like this goes on. People are respectful and laid back. They should have just keep the grunge music out and Woodstock would still be going on today.

  • @bhickey07 fuck u rage against the machine was in the 90s korn system of a down nirvana and other great bands u fagget

  • @RaDiAtIoNZ0N3 Ha! if you think Korn and System of a Down is a good band, then you are the exact person I'm describing. Take that bullshit else where, this festival would still be alive if they would of left that garbage out. Do you ever notice they dont have music festivals with those bands anymore? haha its because no one likes that BS and the sorry ass people like you that do, start fights and mosh pits.

  • @bhickey07 mosh pits make the show jackass

  • @RaDiAtIoNZ0N3 sure they do

  • @bhickey07 hahaha your a herb buddy, go listen to your bieber cd lol

  • @The4dubb i do like the herb...buddy. all jam bands for me guy. no bieber haha

  • Hi i'm from Spain can anyone tell me what really happened at Woodstock? I read something of fire...?

  • @jotamann Mainly riots, idiot crowd surfers, and fires were ignited.

  • 1:46 The idiots singing "The Roof Is On Fire." Way to go, assholes. Now we'll never get another Woodstock Festival ever again because of bullshit like that. And that includes the destruction and the gang-rapes. Way to fucking go, assholes.

  • I admit though, it sounds like it should be a fun event. I've never been to a concert before and the idea of going to one for 5 days with some of my favorite artist of the 90's would have been badass...as long as no riots occur and water isn't too expensive. I would probably bring my own food anyway.

  • It sounds insane that they would have people outside in hot weather with drinks that are so high and food that would normally be under 4 or 5 dollarsXD There must have been some bad promotioning going on.

  • What a shame ,idiots ruin Woodstock.I was walking from the other stage(Megadeth i think) and we were seing fires everywhere so we decided to go see what was goiing on , people were steeling merchandise ,puting rigs on fire , throwing full bottles at people. it was pretty sad to watch.During the day they gave us candles to light up for the jimi hendrix tribute... im not sure if the drugs and alcool had to do with all of this or is it just the fact that americans dont know how to behave?

  • well i mean they rly shoulnt have handed out candles out to pissed off dehydrated raging juveniles not the best concet management

  • I'd like to think that the current group of 15-25 year olds is far too apathetic to ever start this kind of ruckus.

  • @ChuhKok So do I, but then I know a group of people who are going to reading festival to burn shit

they don't even like the music.

    which is rather sad

  • lol my uncle actually was there and had to go get the fire department to complain with a couple other people cuz they were refusing to come because they were worried bout the rioting XD

  • i would like to personally thank the fucking retards who started the fires and raped women. Thank you guys so much for fucking up my 2004 senior trip. i watched woodstock 99 from the tv. They were supposed to throw one every 5 years. now there will never be one again. next event that lasts more than one day you might want to think smarter and bring your own god damn food and water. Hide and sneak it in and keep your pathetic dicks to yourselves.

  • @bobinchainz It was absolutely impossible for those girls to get raped in a "mosh pit" as they claimed. My friend and I were there alone, in separate tents, and we never had a problem. We were in the mosh pits, and the guys that werew around us protected us, made sure we didnt get trampled

  • @bobinchainz I don't think it is fair to have the name woodstock in your title if you have bands like limp bizkit playing. I'm not blaming them but their music is way on the other side of the spectrum. Woodstock didn't have lyrics like "Your best bet is to stay away motherfucker" and "But you want justify Rippin' someone's head off"

And Fred Durst encouraging people to reach down within and let our your anger out? WTF?!

Woodstock was billed as 3 Days of Peace & Music. PEACE! not hate. ☺

  • @bobinchainz Eh, excuse me, you weren't there and you don't understand. I'm with you on the rapes, but the fires are somewhat understandable.

You couldn't sneak water or food in. People got drugs in by hiding it in their bodies, but you can't hide water that way. Record heat and $4 for a bottle of water, people were passing out right and left and STILL they wouldn't lower the cost. The vendors were all fleecing the shit out of us and people were in danger of dying because of dehydration.

  • @bobinchainz dont thank the rapists, you god damned piece of shit. god damn the rapists to eternal damnation and burning

  • @d00bied00 sarcasm idiot.

  • @Flightkid9 obviously it is sarcasm, you dumb fuck. it is poorly worded sarcasm. damn, people are stupid.

  • @d00bied00 no, you just lack the ability to properly understand sarcasm, that is not what normal people would consider sarcasm, it's what people would consider stupid and incompetent.

  • @bobinchainz You weren't allowed to bring in food or water. You could drink and eat outside the gates, but if you wanted to eat or drink while watching the music you had to pay for their overpriced garbage. Oh and there are still plenty of good music festivals out there today. Bonnaroo comes to mind.

  • @bobinchainz Man fuck that, the security wouldnt allow you to bring any water or food you had to go buy a slice of pizza for $12 and a bottle of water for $4. Not to mention it was so damn hot outside. You know im kinda glad it ended because those corporations were just making money off of us and Woodstock is suppose to be about peace not greedy coporations ripping us off. And besides todays music mostly sucks.

  • @Deathslayer86 maybe american musica but brittish music still rocks and always will beacause british people demand good music and they buy good music and in america lady gaga is numeber one in the billboard charts while in the UK arctic monkeys are a indie band from a indie label so if you want better music support the good bands insted of complainig

  • Actually asshole, watch Merchants of Cool, look at the price of water, food and clothes and understand that the show was only one giant commercial and then try to understand why what happen was brilliant. I was to young to even go but even I can understand why this happen.

  • @Gmancrap I WAS THERE AND YOU COULDN'T BE MORE RIGHT! AMEN!!!

  • Right on man. Fuck ass holes like bobinchainz.

  • @bobinchainz Shut the fuck up and quit your bitchin!!! Life is unfair, because you lost some senior yr memories? Your some spoiled rich bitch, arnt you?

  • @bobinchainz that was the anti woodstock,a death knell for the idea of "3 days of peace and music" not so ironically just a few months after columbine and the year i graduated. a true abonination and embarrasment to everyone. those 2 events made me sickened by my own generation. sadly, its only gotten worse. maybe this next generation will learn from our shameful behavior

  • @bobinchainz I heard they didnt let people bring in their own food and water. Two people I know who went there told me. I dont agree with the rapes of course and I hope their was justice, but those assholes who overcharged got what they deserved.

  • @bobinchainz a corporate "woodstock" every 5 years, with $5 bottle waters, and $10 burritos is an insult to the original festival. BTW bringing in ur own food and water was PROHIBITED. this was a fitting way for my generation to end this embarrassment for good

  • you're a fucking faggot. suck my cum nigger

  • @bobinchainz

Dude that wasn't all of why their, is never ever going to be another Woodstock. And just for the record that 5 years thing only happened once their was no Woodstock in the 1980's or the 1970's and their shouldn't have been one in 1999 because the timing was off unlike in 1994 &1969. Plus everyone knew after woodstock 99 their would never be another Woodstock.

  • nothing for nothing, Woodstock 99 was a disaster..... Sad because it seemed like a good idea, but i guess things changed

  • Everyone shut the fuck up about Woodstock 99 being stupid and it sucks and all that. I would have been happy if I could have gone, it looks like it was an epic time in music history. Now the most "intense" concert nowadays would be fuckface justin bieber and lady shitty-music gaga singing a duet. Fuck that. What happened to good music??!! Save the world from disgusting pop and hip hop before it's too late!!! Let's start a new rock rebellion!!! Save rock and roll!

  • @bds41 Actually, there was lots of hip-hop acts in woodstock 99 like ice cube,ice-t,method man,and I think Cypress hill.If you wanted a more rock oriented festival, you should have gone to woodstock 94 or 90's lolapolooza.

  • @bds41 Lame.

  • everyone there is either stoned, drunk or both ... i doubt they were listening to him

  • @silentsniper125 more like severely dehydrated and sunburnt.

  • @silentsniper125 do you know what woodstock started with? haha my friend everyone there is either on X, shrooms, coke, or acid

  • does'nt matter whos fault or who started it, the matter is THERE WILL NEVER BE ANOTHER woodstock because of these punks....

  • @cirax93

    no.....fuck you!

  • We'll never see another one of these stupid concerts again....yeah, big surprise.

    New generation,new times.

  • @repelghosts STUPID CONCERT!?!?!?!?!? After this is the fucking POP generation and that is fucking LAME. Good end to the the 20th century. Makes me sad to see it go. The 90's were the best! Now everybody just sits around on the internet and plays video games. Adolescence at its purest.

  • @repelghosts i think it was a fucking great concert, imagine if you got to tell your kids that you were at woodstock 99 and you were one of the guys that took out the side of the stage when break stuff started playin. hell fuckin ya

  • @djphilmore You're fucking stupid. There is nothing to be proud about by participating in that. If your kids have any sense they'd tell you that too. Sadly your post says they'll be raised without any sense.

  • @TheConstruct i guess im just a crazy mother fucker then huh? fucked up in the head? twisted? ya cool we'll see which of us will survive when the riots and rebellions and anarchy breaks out before armeggedon

  • @djphilmore Are you stupid? What the hell does anarchy have to do with a concert idiot?

  • @djphilmore Armaggedon? Dude, are you sure you're over the age of thirteen?

  • @RoemilcaMusic who are you?

  • @djphilmore Your maker.

  • @RoemilcaMusic cool, you should be in the kitchen then, get some more pancakes on that stove, pronto!

  • @repelghosts I was there and the organizers deserved every bit of the carnage they got. Tell people they can't bring anything in and then rape them for 4 days in the blazing sun. I was buying bags of ice and poking a hole in the bottom for fluids till they caught on to people doing that or they ran out but you couldn't get ice at a certain point. Worst organized festival I've ever been to.

  • @ThornBoyz2207 I am so with you on this! I paid $157 fucking dollars to be robbed by these a-holes! In my opinion, the best part of the entire festival was the drum show! Danced my ass off for hours...green pyramids were controlling the entire situation...it was verry niice! And then the fires broke out...and my buzz was killed...and we drove the 6+ hrs back to DC...where it was safe...& we could get a drink of water for free & take a dump without wading through piles of toxic waste. GOOD TIMES.

  • @repelghosts thats not bcuz of the new generation people try to b just as crazy at concerts its just better concert management and this was like only 12 years ago its not that different
