This was the first Castlevania game I liked, oddly enough. Tried Harmony of Dissonance, didn't like it much, got Order of Ecclesia for Christmas one year, never got very far, and yet this one, the one that kicked my ass unmercifully until I got used to the control scheme, sucked me in.

'course, in later years, I gained a taste for Order of Ecclesia. That one might be my favorite now.

Honestly, I liked this game. The completely remade RoB with up-to-date graphics, an amazingly redone soundtrack, and added extras outside of the extra games. I really loved the game, and probably enjoyed it more than I did the DS games. Forgive me.

Don't say forgive me, it's your opinion. IMO, I didn't like this game, even with the remake. The graphics were awesome, I thought, and Ritcher and Maria have totally awesome outfits, but the game play just didn't do it for me. I haven't played the actual game since I unlocked Symphony of the Night. :/

Let's hope the new castlevania in 3-d isn't stiff. <__<;; I still have faith in Iga as he's producing castlevania for ps3 and 360. Lead role inside of the game is Alucard! So yeah, I'm still going to Ascertain faith..I don't think this one will be made like other castlevania games in 3-d, I've heard their actually putting some thought into it besides the storyline
