when have something like that you have to keep it clean. you must wash your hands immediately after you touch or u will spread in to another person or part of your body. also you are not a doctor and therefore you should never cut it open on squeeze it because it will damage the tissue around it and push the infected necrotic tissue and fluid into your body which cause a blood infection.
