Heh. The speed limit for freights here is actually 60. The reason why the first train is so slow is because it is the Q621 bound for Massena, about to turn onto the St. Lawrence Subdivision, which has a 25 mph limit.
@kazkoks A boss could be running it. They have their own rules! And whose going to rat on them? Syracuse is a nice bus stop! Perfect CSX arrangement, no place to do station work except on the mainline. No place to keep equipment, add cars to trains etc. With new arrangement to downsize the downsized rail system to run via the D&H these pictures of the Massena freight might be rare in the future.
