  • I have 10 Joshua trees transplanted to my property in Las Vegas over 16 years ago and they are all doing GREAT. Some have launched new 'pups" which I will me moving as well. The key is doing the transplantation the right way.

  • transplanting the trees is not working they should leave them where they are

  • Well they are a protected rare plant. Joshuas only can exist in two locatons known globally. Israel and SoCal high desert areas are the only places they grow. They are very sensitive to pollution and external shock. They only grow about a half inch per year and so most trees are several hundreds of years old here. There is a $10,000 fine for destroying a Joshua tree.

  • @xapplimatic Joshua Trees are actually the fastest growing of the long living plants in the Mojave Desert.

  • Hey long time since I have commented on your videos. How are you doing?

I was wondering why are they transplanting these trees then? Someone must check up on them and be like "Oh they can't survive" and stop doing it?
