Glory lived almost 16 years,serving 4 generations faithfully. I am so glad they we did not buy into the media hype. We would have missed out on having the dog of a lifetime. I have worked with probably 200 Pit Bulls and have never had a negative experience with them. They are among the most affectionate of all breeds. Since they are super strong by design, bad people exploit that.
In france it's quite the same, Rottweiller and piit bulls are no more alowed in some area, even if the dog is kind (My parents use to have rottweillers)
BSL is world wide, Germany, Australia, the Uk, many US states, Ontario, as well as many cities all over the world. Over 50 breeds have been deemed "dangerous" and banned. Including Border Collies and Australian Shepherds. Only places that pass NON breed specific laws with strict punishments for irresponsible dog owners ever see decreases in dog attacks though.

I have Bill 132 almost memorized.
This Bill is not only about the dogs that the public and the media call "Pit Bulls".
It impacts ALL dogs and it turns law abiding Ontario dog owners into 2nd class citizens.
Over 2000 puppies and dogs have been slaughtered in Ontario since Nov 27,2005.
Please donate to BANNEDAID and help us have this Bill struck down in the Ontario Superior

I can't decide whether it's ignorance or ambition that causes politicians to promote BSL.
It might also be the lobbying done by well-funded animal "rights" extremists, who want to end our right to own pets.
Regardless - BSL is unfounded, unjust, ineffective and just plain bad law.

When I look at the old photographs on your videos and NannyDog`s videos,I wonder what happened.
They`re the same dogs.
People`s perceptions have changed because of the people that are abusing the dogs.
How is that possibly the fault of the dogs?

Great videos on there,dissecting some of the myths surrounding these dogs.
High energy dog but well managed by a good owner and he`s a champion disc dog with an outlet for his energy.
But even if a dog is dog aggressive,that does not translate to human aggression.
It`s a matter of managing it.Some dogs like all dogs,some like none and some are selective.
Know your dog`s limits and don`t set them up for failure.
