  • "Sometimes on dark winter days when the wind is howling and the rain is beating down I forget what we have on our own door step. "

That is a feature, not a bug.

Many a stormy weekend morning I used the sleet slashing against the bedroom window as a reason to keep the wife under the quilt a little longer.

  • Hank, - Excellent video. I was a US sailor station at the US Submarine base at the Holy Loch for many years. I used to live along Loch Fyne and my daily commute begins about 3:38. I got to look at picture pots card views everyday on the way to work. Sure beats the commute I have now. I have to admit, that the Holy Loch 5:10 looks barren without the tender (depot ship) and the floating dry dock moored in the middle, but I am sure many a local would argue that the Loch finally looks good.

  • Thanks for watching, glad to hear it brings back good memories for you . Scotland is a beautiful country. Sometimes on dark winter days when the wind is howling and the rain is beating down I forget what we have on our own door step.
