Dude what scale are the sweeps based out of??

@fusheezy72 I believe, the first 2 measures of sweep picking in the song are both natural minor. The third measure plays over natural minor again only with a flatted 5th and 6th. And then the fourth measure is harmonic minor. Those four measures are repeated over. After they are repeated, the last three measures of sweep picking are in harmonic minor as well.

What type of strings do you use?

D'Addario jazz strings, .012 to .052 gauge, with a wound third...

i think i put em on after these though, these are old DR strings, but the addario strings are beast, try em out...
