  • That was nice, ah I think your one of your tail end cars has a stuck brake lol:) Great job.

  • Neat video. I thought the street running at the end was a neat scene.

    Thanks for sharing.

  • Really nice layout and great video!!

  • nice run. what are the make of your engines? they look detailed.

  • Great vid! But it looks like some dick head posted. He clearly doesn't understand it's modeling!

  • CN sucks my cock and licks my balls. Mother fuckers bought out Illinois Central so fuck ya'll.

  • Fuck you too.

  • @NSwannabeEngineer did someone die? no. did it damage a person's scenery/ rolling stock? lets be real does a person really need to go off like that. damn . thats part of the hobby. y ruin it for someone else. if he was a real engineer on a real train what would he get? 30 days and a recert. y not do somethng similar. Aren't we supposed to be simulating the railroad. Punishment fits the crime? right? just a thuoght.

  • @NSwannabeEngineer

LONG LIVE IC!!! im with ya man

  • Thanks brother.

  • dude its a freakin HO scale model railroad.

  • Wow, it's models, what does it matter? No-one cares about your CN railroaders, it's a MODEL. These posts by people who think they know everything is out of hand.

  • if you hadnt realized the GTW geep may have had to pull past the signal in order to clear a switch or a junction. did you ever think of that. he may have had to clear a switch to let another train pass. also he may have gotten clearance to do that so he could clear a junction and then switch back to add a cut of cars.

  • our union pacific local does that all the time. sometimes when they are running a long string of cars they have to pull past the signal to clear a switch. the yard he is running is one that probably is short so the GTW unit may have had to pull out past the signal. you think shit like this doesnt happen in real life. you really are stupid.

  • I understand what your saying, I have many relatives that work for CN, but considering he ran into another block on a model for fun I don't see why you have to be so rude when you tell us he was wrong

  • I don't give a dead moose's last shit if you work for CN or not! You need to learn that there's no need to rip this guy down because he ran a switch on a model railroad. I've seen it happen before in real life and know the results. There are many reasons this could have happened, he might have had a trainee on board, he might have had special permission, he might have had to clear another switch. Whatever the reason you dickhead engineers have to stop and realize that NOBODY ELSE GIVES A SHIT!

  • A dead moose's last shit PAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA

  • awesome adam, my walthers GP9s pull about 30 cars with no problem! 5 stars

  • Seeing that your run DCC, (obviosuly) are your locomotives programed to run on the same settings or are they all running independently?

When I run two-three loco's I program them on the same settings cuz its hard for me to keep switching back and forth between two different settings to get the same speed.

is there any easyer way for me to get the most outta my locomotives?

  • I have an SD40 that pulls 20 medium to heavy cars on it's own...too bad my layout's toast... :(

  • Sweet video.

  • 2:35 looks amazing

  • Thanks!

  • what are the green cars GT is hauling called im a beginner?

  • Centerbeam lumber cars.

  • GOOD

  • wow great layout, great video and job

  • I have the Santa Fe hopper seen @ 2:22

  • 5 star amazing layout nice sd70mac `s very good job great angles n!!:D

  • thanks for the reply on the grass!!!!

  • what you could do is get something like grass sand you just apply the glue and shake the sand grass over the glue and it should look really realistic (i use the same thing on my ho scale layout when it was still together

  • Isn't that bad for the locos to pull that much freight?

  • Nope, it can kinda clean the wheels :D

  • These are great new views of this awesome layout. Thanks!

  • Thanks Bruce, I've got a more FVRs to upload.

  • im 12 and i want to make a layout in my room with my dad. we are trying to deside weather to us a grass mat, or to take the time and to use senic gras and glue. any suggestions

  • Hi, good to see that you're getting into model trains! If you want this layout long term, then I would take the time to use grass and glue. It looks a lot bettern, and I think that you will be much happier with the outcome. Have fun!

  • hi i want to start having trains like those and i have a question: do the first three locos have a "motor" or are they dummies?

what scale do u recomend me to use?

    wich are the biggest?

  • Hi, yep, all 3 are powered, but you can buy dummies. My favorite is HO, because for me, its not too big and its not too small. I think G scale is the biggest.

  • oh ok. how do u know wich locos go with wich freight cars?

where do u find most of the trains?

    any website u recomend me?

    how do u control them?

    thanks

  • nice layout

  • I'm takin a guess that those are Athearn Genesis and not Kato's?

  • yep, they're Athearn Genesis. I think that they should have been able to pull this better.

  • Was it up a grade though?

  • The first, second, third, and last scenes had no grade at all, and the other scenes had very little grade.

  • yea i agree, i have a up sd70m athearn genesis and it handles and pulls great.

  • KOOL!!!

  • thanks!

  • Really nice video. Good long train, with lots of grain cars.

  • Nice work A. Really enjoyed it!

  • thanks! Im glad you liked it!

  • COOL VIDEO

  • thanks!

  • Nice! Still like the street running!

  • ha, me to, thanks!

  • very cool!

  • thanks!

  • AWESOME! nice layout and great locomotives and trains!

  • Thanks!

  • your welcome! i love your layout and your trains!

  • ha, thanks again!

  • i like your like geep swicher also

  • loved the street running! the angles were good and at 2:35 it looked real!

  • thanks man, glad u liked

  • are those sd70's athern genisis or kato ? anyways good stufff nice looking loco's and layout , you are really good with angels..only one a didnt like was fomr above near the end

  • they're genesis. They look good, but they aren''t all that powerfull. The most powerful unit that I own is a Proto BN SD60. THat thing can pull 45 cars on a flat no problem. Two of them can pull 70 up grades.

  • hmm... genisis seem to pull good flat on my layout

  • yeah, and about the last angle, I had debated whether or not to put that one in. I've shot street running there soooooo many times and I wanted to try something different, but the results were not good at all.

  • yeah they sounded like something was grinding inside them.great video though.

  • thanks, the grinding was the wheels against the rails.

  • LOVE the angle at 2:35 thats soooooo realistic looking!!!!!!!!!!

  • Thanks! I love this kind of feedback, because it lets me know what to do and what not to do.

  • Great job nice engins love thos 70M's

  • Thanks, I'll tell Ben. They are NOT good pullers though, as you could probably tell. My GTW GP38, my CN GP40, and my friends WC

SD45 would probably pull this much better!
