I have been having pain in my butt for a good few weeks when I walk. If I sit down for a few minutes I can then carry on walking for about 20 minutes before the pain starts again. I am also suffering from plantar fasciitis so I am wondering if the sciatica is due to the way I am walking due to the pain in my heel
Some solid advice here. In my own plantar fasciitis ordeal, I turned to cold packs and some stretch and strengthen moves. I used the book "Injury Afoot" mainly, and did some slow walks with supportive shoes; worked up to longer distances over time. I can now run again.

I had a creaking knees since I was younger (8-9yrs old), I cant remember any accidents that might've contributed to it..I thought it won't be a problem cause its not causing any pain, so I didn't bother telling anyone.
Do you have any videos for TMJ pain?
