I remember one day when i was like 5 years old. The last boss popped out of nowhere when i was farming. i got scared and the game froze so the result was -> black screen with the last boss on it.

Gotta love catridge. lol

WOW I remeber getting this as a kid as my second Nes(next to Mario/duck hunt) game and not knowing WTF to do...untill later on I learn what RPGs where all about ^_^

No offence for DW\DQ fanboys, but all this "so much better then FF" stuff look realy silly.

Yeah, i understand that someone is bored from FF and trying to be nonconformist, but first parts of DW series is realy, realy simple (try not to say "primitive" ) and i cant compare them even with first FF,which much more complex.

PS: Still, i love DW series, they have its own charm.

@Rouzhokuu I was just wondering that too. I took a good look and it appears he did editing after leaving the town. He got exp and did show those battles.

@blutundeisen I've owned every single Dragon Warrior/Quest that was released in the U.S., except for the side games. I can't say the same thing for the Final Fantasy games. As for the side games, I have owned Dragon Warrior Monsters for the Game Boy Color, and Torneko: The Last Hope for the Playstation. Currently, I own Dragon Warriors/Quests 5 through 9, and 3 on the Game Boy Color.
