2. Subtitles ruin the feel, I'm reading them and hearing them in my mind, instead of listening to the music.

@eight216 deathnote and code geass are similar in multiple ways. they both have likable characters on both sides and plot twists. I enjoy both but would favor code geass over deathnote. Deathnote is still worth watching.

True Lulu and Light are similar, but there is a big difference between them, Lulu was fighting against government that was wrong and trying to change the world into a peaceful way, but Light on the other hand killed everyone he did not like and wanted to be the god of his so called perfect world
