the reason why he did that is because smelly was a shitty QB and garcia was better. but garcia was a freshman so he didnt know all of the plays, and soemtimes he would call the wrong play. so they swapped them out because spurrier would show garcia what play to do specifically before each play. know what the fuck your talking about before you start saying rediculous shit like that. imagine if we still had holtz. yea. plus spurrier is a great recruiter and picks up amazing, talented players.
