I've been overcharged almost 800£, and my case is on hold! while I'm being charge again and again! I've been writing to Lloyds TSB to get my money back! However they're still keep saying that their overdraft charges are fair and everything is ok and they're not going 2 give me money back! 1 day they've changed the terms without my agreement or even previous letters saying of such changes! I've got only 1 letter saying: For the next 10 days we are going to charge you 25£! LLOYDS TSB FU** YOU!
