zvh, cvh engine- stands for centre valve hemispherical or something and basically its all cvh till you get to the crank, the crank is zetec which is usually taken from the mk5 fiesta zetec s also if aybody is wanting to make a rocket of a fiesta take a 2.0 mondeo engine and drop in a fiesta st crank the throw is enormous! so much torque is silly!

hi b4m just get a megasquirt ecu, i would advice buying a lauch controller also another biggie - buy magnecore racing leads,plugs and ignition set for the 2.0 duratec that has been bored out 1,000+ to 2.1 it will increase bhp by at least 8hp! if not more!!

can any ody tell me what engine management this is using as i am doing a 2.1 durotec turbo but i have ofab management with a moto sports divelopments 195 chip will it run with just that or will i need to change it thanks
I can tell you this is not van aiken crap, this lil fiesta is has a proper built engine, no decompression plate etc, its a 2.1 zetec! you wont get anywhere near 270bhp with a van aiken!
it is a 2.0l zetec bored out to a 2.1 with new pistons etc and a turbo ... a zvh is a zetec bottom end with cvh head .. u can tell a zvh by the rocker cover ... zetec turbos look like a zetec but zvh look like a cvh .. if u know wt the difference is :)
