This is both very beautiful and very helpful. I ran across a couple of Nick Manaloff books on Hawaiian guitar at a used booksale a while back and have been in love ever since. I use an A tuning and a nut extender on my steel string flattop. Manoloff's books have harmonic exercises, but I could not tell from the photos what he was dampening with. Thanks for the help. Expert Village has a ton of great stuff. Maybe organized into playlists.
