i actually still own a genesis 32x,sega cd and genesis combo and i also have a teenage mutant ninja turtles game for genesis,and mortal kombat 2! and i have never really had any problems with that game i was able to do all the finishing moves and the graphics were better than the gensis.I also have a ps1 and gamecube!

My version of Mortal Kombat 2 was fucked up too. Every once in a while I would try to do certain moves with certain characters and it would fucking glitch out or something and wouldn't work. Then it just stopped working and I haven't played it since.

mortal kombat 2 for the x32 was a very bad version for home consoles because most of the move were taken out because the company midway said that more kids 5-8 were playing it and they said it was too voiolent so they took out most of the moves and fatalitys and brutalitys it was retarted but when it was realesed on N64 all the moves were back in so of this answers your question im glad i could help
