Actually the movie is already titled (ひばり捕物帖 唄祭り八百八町). In English I've found this title as "Hibari Detective Story: Song Festival Across Tokyo" ("Hibari" in title is connected to the actress, not to the story); Japanese title is pronounced "Hibari torimonochō: Utamatsuri happyaku yachō"
