He was using the appropriate chain attacks at the appropriate times. And he was doing combos. Spam would be if he kept using an assist and doing j.S the entire game, which he wasn't.

@boostedgst23 a lot of 'pros' have trouble against spammers because they are use to playing people who actually use strategy. Watch the Excellent Adventures of Gootecks and Mike Ross. They lose to some pretty dumb strategies moves in SSF4/AE and basically go "WHY WOULD ANYONE DO THAT??" Its like playing poker, you can go into a tourny and knock out a few pros by going all in every hand. You wont win the tourny though, thats for sure.
