@LoveCookieOriginal I work at Jo~Ann Fabrics- so I get most all my foam from there. But other fabric stores, upholstery supply, or even automotive/boat supply stories carry urethane foam. Try online if there isn't anything local.

@FlyingZamora A-kon (not to be confused with the rapper) is an anime convention held annually in Dallas, Texas & is the longest-running anime con in the US; nearly 20,000 people. It focuses on celebrating Japanese culture through art- so essentially anything to do with manga, music, video games, and anime. It's an opportunity for people who enjoy those subjects to come together for a weekend to spend time (and money) having a blast. Dressing up is huge; that's what attracts me most to the event.

how can you see out of the costume? xD

@Misturd I have very very limited vision- I can see blurry shapes through the transparent glowing eyes, but my main vision is through the mouth itself. I mostly observe the ground so I can see where to best place my feet. But that alone is fairly unreliable and my handlers make up for the lack of eyesight :)

@asianman452 Oh, it got stepped on at least 8 times if not more for the total of 4 hours I was wearing it total that weekend. My handlers usually try to keep an eye on it to hold it for me, but the suit needs so much restoration now that I'm not terribly concerned about it being a little abused by feet anymore XD
