Ahh... Peoria.... I LOVE racing on this course.... So flat as opposed to the sectionals race for my section where its really uneven and hilly(Did i spell that right?). Looking forward to racing here again mext year
Lucas was the two time National Champion in Cross Country - The course record is held by Craig Virgin and it has been challenged, but never broken. That last hill always does it - it's > 400 M long and looks like forever!

@officerdepfife the course is exactly 3.0 miles. It is very flat and is 3 loops.

Detweiler Park in Peoria Illinois. Three loops and a pretty fast course, not to mention Illinois is one of the fastest states in the nation.

@officerdepfife It's a very fast course. Top 50 were either at, or below 15 minutes for the 2010 season.
