Is that the Ticker action figure from gears of war 2 series 4? it looks small relative to the size of the locust next to it in the video. But when i saw it in a store it looked a lot bigger almost as big as a locust figure? are these the same ticker figures?

hahah first i didn't get carmine when he came out i just got him a week before i finish my set up and i got lucky and someone was selling him on ebay for $75 and it was NIB SDCC sticker and the cog solider, while i been collecting the gears for awhile so i Already knew he would become expensive because he is basicly ben carmine or a whole army of cogs..
