no actually if you take it all apart and put it back together, bring it to the apple store, because if you send it to apple they open it up and check if the void sticker is on there, I would know this b/c I did this to my brothers 3g

I didn't think i bend anything. I took it out to clean dust on top of the LCD screen. It's fitted back perfectly. I think it is easier to damage things with IPhone case opener tool because you have to push it into gaps and ply the screen out.
