I used to really hate Ami. However, as the story progressed, my opinions changed. She really isn't a "bad" person. She's just being truthful about things.
Ami is just telling it like it is, that's what i like about her, but that whole fight was really unnecessary. I mean come on Ami, you know Minori didn't do it on purpose. Either way because of the both of them Taiga fell down a cliff and damn near died, but then she accidentally confessed her feelings to Ryuuji so it's all good.
The right choice was made at the end, at least I didn't get mind fucked like on Shuffle. I was so pissed by the end of that anime.

Minori's good ending is actually not even a good ending at all, they have two kids but they BOTH DIVORCE and Minori leaves Ryuuji to go to the US and become a weather forecaster while Ryuuji becomes Ami's MANAGER. This is why I prefer the PSP ending of Toradora, revealing "What if" endings if Ryuuji went chose Ami instead, and let me tell you its one of the most romantic endings in the game. The first good ending involves Ami NOT leaving school and chooses to drop her modeling career to be with Ryuujin, the second good ending is a time skip (6 years?) where Ryuuji visits Rome and visits a famous tourist spot (A fountain) and runs into Ami. Ami's biggest flaw is she was just too damn cryptic in her conversations with Ryuuji instead of flat out telling him to stop fooling around and tell Taiga how he felt cause she knew he loved Taiga. Minori and Taiga were playing pass the Ryuuji cause both sorta knew the other one liked him, especially Minori.
In the end, I think the right choice was made.. I don't hate any of them. They all have their flaws and good points.
I'm with Ami here. We all know she is upset becuase she is jealous, but no one ever really knows how Minori feels. Pretending to be stupid and messing with my boy Ryuuji. For all we know she did want to hit Ami with the sled. The very fact that she notcies that Ami is jealous makes her more aware than 90% of the rest of the cast. She finally forces Taiga to admit her feelings but we never get Minori to really stop her own pretending. GO AMI.

I didnt get the part in the earlier episode at the end where Ami passes Minori and she's all like "guilt all gone". I watched this show like 50 times and I'm still confused at that part. Someone please explain.

I think Ami was pissed at Minori because she was interested in Takasu as well, but Taiga in an earlier episode told her not to interfere with Takasu trying to confess to Minori. And because Minori keeps acting oblivious, Ami can't move in on him, so she was deliberately trying to piss off Minori in this scene. And it worked from the looks of it.

@leo874life It's not always best intentions. Originally Ami was saying stuff because she didn't give a crap about anybody and could care less about how people felt. Later, after Ryuji, she started to be a bit more carrying and what not, but even still she's still a bit of a b@#$% except when she's around Ryuji basically. The main thing about Minori and Ami that's really annoying is that they can't seem to explicitly admit how they feel to the point that Ryuji understands, so they both fail. lol

People hate Ami because she keeps it real with everything.
Minori fought Ami because she was blunt about how she played with Ryuuji's heart all this time despite being 100% correct.
Ami loves Ryuuji because he accepts Ami real personality and doesn't consider her just a bitch at the end of the day.
When you consider Ami's role in this anime, there really isn't anything bad about her. She's the cut between Black and White.
