I loved this game growing up, one of the best western shooters ever. I ish they would release this on a ps3 or 360. I would want this version, nothing wrong with the Snes version but the arcade version was way superior.

Lord, this game was epic! It would do so well in the modern era. To say this was a fast paced action game, it managed to establish quite a unique universe with the main characters and really epic villains. I'd be so happy if Konami revived this series, imagine a faster paced, anime style red dead type of open world game. I'd be in love.

One of the things that bothers me about shooters like this is that there's never any incentive to stop shooting. As a result, the game becomes considerably easier, and far less visually appealing.

At least Starfox had a "charge-for-a-powerful-homing-­attack" option.  Here, you're just directing a stream of death.

Genesis is like a total different game. 4 less bosses, other kind of bonus game, some levels are totally different. And the graphics and sound is also not as good. Oh yeah, on snes and arcade there are 4 different characters, on genesis there is only 2.

Man, when I was a kid our family was on vacation in Italy where they had this epic huge arcade gaming hall and I spent about every cent of my money to play this game back then. Did someone ever notice how all those arcade games use the same kind of music? Compare this music with the one one Turtles in Time, it's absolutely identical.

I've played the arcade version before and beat the SNES version. Cormano was my man in this game! There were two characters that had the shotgun/spread fire. I just like Cormano as my character in this game. Maybe my best memory was trying to shoot up all the enemies in the Bonus Stage. Only that... the enemies popped up too damn fast later in the session! The second boss battle has my favorite boss theme in the game.
