Actually, Rage has about 15 hours of gameplay in mainquest alone. Side quests add a lot of gameplay time too, but i dont know how much. Comparsion, fo3 main quest takes about 7-10 hours. Maybe even less.

ok so id created FPS, so why does Rage look so damn generic? Its a FPS with vehicles? Played it. Guns, played it... I mean nothing I have seen looks new or fresh what so ever. Im sure it will be very good solid game but other FPS have made the gameplay a hell of alot more involved. Like getting it and out of a vehicle in Rage? The character just appears in it, unlike other games when you see the character getting into it. Detail matters.
