  • I dig how you used your knife to sharpen the pencils. :) Less, your journal vids are coming along GREAT.

  • @TheArtisticBiker LOL you sharpen with a knife too. I sharpen regular pencils with a sharperner but colored, chalk and water colors with a knife, it's preserves the lead, I can get a very very fine point with a knife

  • I forgot how much I love this song. too bad the bad isn't together anymore :(

  • Great video! Would you explain more about the use of the clear acrylic? I've never used it in my journal.

  • @zolawinnie I use ti 2 ways. #1 to seal pages and #2 to mix with stuff to set it and to blend it. It dries crystal clear. I would n't put it too heavily on the page as it could crack.

  • Awesome!

  • i'm enjoying your vids less!!

  • @willowing Thanks Tam I enjoy yours as well!

  • You've inspired me to follow along. I've found my own little book, gesso'd away, but the pages are all wrinkly and crinkly. What's your secret to keeping the pages all smooth, or smooth looking? I'm enjoying the vids too. Thankyou!

  • @Garneteve this particular little booklet had very heavy- almost cardstock pages. To try and flatten them you can wipe them with a damp sponges and put under a weight overnight.

  • Thanks so much for this one. I do love junk mail books but am always a little stumped (or stuck) as to how to work in it. Will definitely give this a go with some already hanging around books. Your imagery is very excellent!

  • @DianaTro It hink the key to using junk stuff is to gesso them in advance!
