I think I have the answer! In the beginning u can see some darts that are thrown in a very lazy way at the dartboard. And that because these two guys may be a littlebit lazy. So they work out so they can throw the darts with more power ;) btw, notice that this "Flex Bowes guy" does'nt blink with his eyes a single time in the entire video :o
