@jimraynorful there are some softwares for emulate, I didnt have any problems with WC 1 and WC 2 on my computer...Vista 64 bit, 8 GB RAM 4x 2,8 ghz, but every game original :)

@fluffynoses You should hear the 44khz 16-bit stereo music which are the audio tracks on the game CD. Way higher quality. Humorously enough, you could hear that music only on the Mac version of the game. ;) I strongly recommend seeking it out. I'm actually REALLY surprised someone posted audio of the MIDI files being played, cuz they are a sad rendition of the great WC1 music.
This musics memorises me alot about Human level 5. That level is one of my favourites. You got knights on it! That was very exciting when I was only 4 ages old. I had played only Warcraft 1 demo and it was so cool when you got horse soldiers! :D So much good memories ^^

I would rather argue that WC III and WoW are games loosely based on WC I and II than including them as equals. And the whole elaborate lore thing is Blizzard just cashing in on their fan base.
I was fine with the story in WCIII, where the Horde was able to redeem itself by fighting alongside the Alliance to beat the Legion. But what I don't like about WoW is how the good Horde (Orcs, Trolls, and Tauren) had to side with the evil Horde (the Forsaken, Blood Elves).
I'm talking about WoW. Now, the Horde has blood elves. That's just weird. Seriously wtf? Also, the Alliance has animals (Worgen) in their legion. What the heck is up with Warcraft?
