No other law is misused except 498a and DV act. "misusing" means the "innocents" are punished. So tell us which other law punishes innocent until proven the guilty . Only 498a and DV law says that "Guilty until proven innocent" when no Crime itself is proven as happened.

Can anyone find a law which says "Guilty until proven innocent" in any part of the world including Arabia, Iran, Somaliya, Pakistan, North Korea or Bangladesh the so called HUMAN right violating country!.
