and not just hammer you can also equip other stuff IF you know what is the name of the stuff you want like "leadpipe" i recommend you to use leadpipe because you can carry most of the time.

hey i know how, first go to pedstats.dat (open with notepad) find "STAT_3_05_NORTON" copy the number and paste it in "STAT_PLAYER" there you have the hammer. P.S. when you got busted the hammer will be where you got bust, when you are going to do a mission you MUST drop your hammer any where you want and after the cut scene go pick it up, and if you totally lost it you just go to meun and start again
