mmmm...that looks good. is that a cast iron dutch oven your cooking in? I think...I am regretting selling all the cast iron when we left az..i could have used it on my induction stove, as well as outdoors...

Bread looks great! I usually, in the mornings get my breads rising early and pop them in by 8 or 9 am, then by lunch time, you can begin cooking items for dinner. It does make you plan more, especially earlier in the day. Depending on what you bake, you can sometimes cook three rounds of foods in one day, cooking an extra casserole for the next day. I will do that many times if I know its going to rain the next day.
